We had some work done with Awards and Engraving for the new Corvette model, but unfortunately had nothing but bad luck with them. We sent two sample plaques out to Awards and Engraving, one of the two was "eaten by the machine" which caused it to be double engraved and ultimately ruined the plaque. I was reassured from Keith at Awards and Engraving that these things do happen unfortunately and that we were just simply out of luck. He waived the engraving fee for the plaque, which I appreciated but did not reimburse me for the plaque itself, fine. After we settled on a design, I sent him 5 more

Awful experience from beginning to end. I had to follow up on pricing and to place the order. That should have been the first indicator. Then after a few attempts (including emails and calls), I found out the trophy was going to be delayed. Then when I pick it up, there’s no concern from his end that there were plates missing (which he quickly fixed) and I now have to pay to ship this to another state because it was late. They transferred plates from an old trophy and those look terrible. Instead of calling to tell me that, he claimed it took four hours to transfer them and he should charge me
