DO NOT let dr. Maher Fattou work on you! He insulted me, embarrassed me, and humiliated me in front of his staff because I told him, he made my 4 herniated discs treatment 10xs worse. He then sent me away with no meds. He told me to take a tylenol and to go see my family physician..like my family dr. would even treat these conditions...He is not the kind of dr. you want to treat you if your looking for a good human being!! He gets all your insurance money then totally cuts you off..This happened after going to Midwest neurology for 5 yrs too...

So, contrary to the other reviews, I have had a good experience every time I am there. Yes, the staff does have what some may call attitude or sarcasm; but if you pick it up and play along, they are GREAT! Corey is incredibly helpful with scheduling and will help as much as he can BUT have patience!!! They are always super busy every time I am there and that would be my only complaint...wait time for an appointment usually runs 10-20 minutes over. But, again, what good doctor doesn't get into delays. It just takes the first patient of the day showing up ten minutes late to cause a delay for

I cannot comment on how good or bad the actual doctors are. What I can tell you is good luck getting through to them at all to actually make an appointment. The website has online form to request appointments that no one has yet after a month tried to contact us. Their phone goes straight to message that has prompts as to what number to push for what your needs are. Unfortunately you can push the number 1 till you are blue in the face and it will NEVER connect you with anyone to make an appointment. I wonder how many new patients they have missed out on due to faulty systems.
