This place is literally disgusting. First off, they have a really bad roach problem. Literally the biggest roaches I’ve ever seen in life. They charge you a little over $2000 a month to have roaches living in the apartments with you. Secondly, the apartment itself was not worth $2100 especially with those prehistoric “air conditioners” they have yet to update. Not only was the air conditioning a problem but the apartment itself had problem after problem like I literally had to break the lease early because I was over calling maintenance especially in the short period of time that I was living

I have lived At the axioms for over a year now and even though we have had a few bumps in the road they have always been responsive and worked with us and for us to make sure that we are comfortable and make sure that our apartment is to our standards. Melvin and the rest of the office staff are awesome at resident engagement and making apartment living so much more personal. Highly recommend the axioms and not to mention they are located so centrally in orange county

I am extremely disappointed in the way Axiom handled a certain situation. Their response showed me that they care more about their money than the residents. I won't get into the situation, but their response was "she's been here long enough that she should know better." Could not be anymore condescending. I am more than happy to be leaving in a week.
I have been here for 2 1/2 years and there have been a couple of things along the way, but I let it go. This was the last straw; this is the way I'm treated? I'm a good tenant, I'm quiet, I don't complain and I pay my rent on time/early every month

I have lived at Axiom for about 4 months, and I can honestly say it’s the best complex I’ve lived at. I originally chose the complex due to the stylish and clean look of the apartments, but since living here I’ve seen the management go above and beyond to make the complex a fun and friendly place to live. For example, they just recently built a cute little dog park right outside my apartment, which was totally extra and unnecessary especially during COVID, but it really made my day to see it being made, and now to walk by it every day.

Everyone I have ever known who has lived here, myself included, has been scammed. Here I am 8 months out of my lease, I REPEAT 8 MONTHS, since I have lived at this complex and I am sent an e-mail stating that I owe nearly $600. I was not sent an itemized invoice as CALIFORNIA… LAW requires. I was only sent a screenshot of a PARTIAL itemized invoice after I called (multiple times) demanding to see it. When I replied to not only the leasing agent but also the property manager, I received no reply. A month letter I get another

The worst community and management ever. if you like a headache go there. If you like your family and your safety and your healthiness never go there. They do not care about the resident. For example, you will lose your water when you are taking a shower. I prefer to live in the street instead of living in this unpleasant apartments

I moved out of the complex in November of 2017 and started communicating with then 7/2018 no manager has responded it takes two or three emails from me to get a response. Next steps will follow as I provided proof a letter from them sent to my current address as I have not seen my deposit returned it will be a year very soon!!!!
