Dr. Creaseman sent me in for an MRI for a knee issue and said based on the results I had a torn meniscus. Scheduled me for surgery and after two weeks I decided to start my rehab. Immediately the same issue returned. When I called the office they told me that they didn't repair the meniscus because it was a false reading but scraped some buildup off my knee. They then sent me for a 2nd MRI which had inconclusive results. I called my insurance and they told me he billed them for a torn meniscus repair $24K. Then sent me to another supposedly specialist and they too couldn't figure out

Charles M. Creasman, M.D. definitely did not have a friendly disposition whatsoever. I was referred to him by my doctor and he barely even examined my knee. Was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes, said he was going up to the front to find out about getting a MRI set up and never came back in the room. Sent some other guy in, to send me on my way. I had multiple questions and paperwork that I needed for my job for short-term disability pay, due to the fact that I was on LOA. Was very unhappy with this doctor and did not go back to him after I got my MRI done. Would not recommend him to

Dr Creasman replaced my hip in 2001 and today, 2019 the hip is still like new allowing me to play golf, hike, and be very active. He has operated on both shoulders over the years and also performed arthroscopy on my wife's knee. A real capable surgeon with a great bedside manner. Highly recommended.

Dr Creasman is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He repaired my ruptured tricep tendon with skill and expertise and he was a pleasure to deal with on a personal level. Warning: Have your questions ready when come to his office. He is not going to waste a lot of time, yours and his, engaging you in lengthy conversation.

He is supposed to be a great surgeon, but his office is a disaster. I waited over an hour for my last appt (pre surgery) and he didn't have the time to answer my questions. Plus, no privacy in the appt rooms, the doors are open and I could hear other patients issues. HIPA violations!!!!! 99cent health care.
Maybe to him my surgery is small, but to me its important.

This is my first 1 star yelp review.
Earlier I had an appointment with Dr. Creasman that did not go well. I wrote a powerful email asking that my co pay be refunded. Dr. called me and I thought he was sincere at the time. The charge was taken off my credit card.
But with financial malevolence, Abrazo Medical Group first sent me a paper bill for the co pay. I called and Alex who I talked with said the bill was inaccurate and I should ignore it.
Yesterday I received a text message, a voice mail and a email demanding co pay payment.
If this continues, I will start into the process that I outlined

Abrazo Medical Group and especially Dr. Charles Creasman are in my opinion the best. My husband had knee problems for years. Dr. Creasman operated on him and now he is back to doing everything he wants - and he's 81 years old. Also, I want to mention we were at Core Institute Speciality Hospital in Phoenix. All the nurses highly praised Dr.Creasman and my husband received the best care. This Speciality hospital is amazing. Much better than other large unfriendly facilities.

Today 2/25/16 my husband had to came up to the Abrazo Medical Group located on 444 W. Osborn Rd., Suite 200 in Phoenix. He called three times and left three messages but no calls were returned back. Once we arrived and talked to the receptionist she was very rude by the way she was talking to us and very snappy. Another worker from the back came out that remembered us from Monday the 22nd. While my husband explained the reason why he was here due to they were the ones who sent the paperwork/Rheumatology referral request over to the first place (Osteoarthritis of right knee) Anyway.
