Great doctors and treatment. We've seen them in the past and been pleased. Now we have a possible broken ankle and you can't get an appt. Front desk staff who answer are rude, won't tell you who you are speaking with. Can't even schedule while they wait for a Stat referral mean while it's been almost a week since the accident. I miss how this office was before Abrazo took over...they cared and were pleasant. It's a shame that these corporate offices lose their patient touch and compassion!

This visit was for a bursa on my knee. Dr. Rich was so knowledgeable and my PCP referred me to him. He explained it was a prepatellar bursitis and exactly what he planned to do. After plan A wasn't working well enough he expertly started plan A. He was so considerate of what I wanted and how I felt. I would definitely recommend him.

I have known Dr. Peterson/Waz/Raelyn, etc since the inception of ASMC. I have literally referred hundreds of patients through their doors and have never heard anything but praises about ASMC. I have also personally been there for myself and my family and the care we have received is extraordinary. I have worked with doctors and healthcare providers for over 30 years now and have not found any that are remotely as good as ASMC. Dr. Peterson is hands down the best primary care sports medicine physician you will ever meet. I read a few of the reviews about being upset with having to wait...do you

Dr Mitchell is a terrific surgeon. After months of research and debate and even being advised by a respected physical therapist NOT to have bone fusion on my metatarsals I proceeded to have surgery on my foot and ankle. Dr Mitchell did such a great job my foot is better than it’s been in years. I have more use and better control and function than I’ve had in the last 8 years. Well done Sir!!!
In addition the staff at the office are quick and accommodating and very professional. A top notch office and medical facility offering excellent care.

Dr. Hill is a good physician. He appears to be knowledgeable and kind. However, he is always late - I mean 45-60 minutes late. I visited the doctor three times. Neither he nor his
staff apologize or acknowledge their
tardiness. After chatting with other patients
in the waiting area, I concluded that this is
the accepted standard of the practice.
I found another great doctor in Scottsdale
who respects my time.

Let me begin by expressing my satisfaction with Dr. Hill’s competency, but not the AZSMC clinic to which he belongs. The staff’s attitude, proficiency, attitude and client relations leave a galaxy size hole to be improved. Dr. Hill performed a procedure on my shoulder in September, and it went well, but within 3 weeks, I started to experience severe pain from that same shoulder all the way down my arm. I called AZSMC office to make an appointment and all I ever got thru to was a recording saying: “we are busy with another patient. . . We promise to return your call by 3:00 PM.”

Arizona Sports Medicine Center (ASMC) is arguably the best orthopedic group in the state of Arizona. These doctors are the official team doctors for the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks and the Arizona Coyotes. They also provide services for the Scottsdale and Mesa school districts. They see patients of all ages from any type of background. I have had personal experience with doctors, Hill, Freedberg and Waslewski.
Dr. Hill is an amazing physician who has completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine. He has the best bedside manner in existence. He can see you for just about anything and specializes

After injuring myself skiing and not getting any better within a week, I decide it was time to see a professional. ASMC was able to get me in next day to see Dr. Freeberg. The entire staff was cheerful, professional, and valued my time; something that I feel rarely happens in the medical industry these days. Dr. Freeberg was very knowledgeable and personable, putting me at ease with the diagnosis of my knee and course of action for recovery and rehab. I will highly recommend ASMC to people in the future!

My appointment with Dr. Juntunen was terrible. The highway was closed the day of my appointment, so I called and offered to reschedule because I would be late. The front office said it was happening to everyone and to go ahead and come in. When I got there the front office girl was unaware of what the other girl had told me but said it was fine and was very nice about it all. The medical assistant (MA) grabbed my chart and was complaining about how late I was right in front of me. When I explained the situation she kept interrupting me and saying "yeah but you're really late". They got me in a
