Stacey Dault is great! Our whole family - teenage and adult - have been going to her for four years - first at HonorHealth, and now we have followed her to AZ Sports Medicine. She takes time to listen and discuss every question and issue. She is very professional, yet friendly. She's patient, yet efficient.

Awful!!! I do not recommend their services. Among other things; Dr Stacey Dault is extremely unprofessional. In addition, I was told it is their practice to have my credit card on file. After I reluctantly gave them they double charged me for their services. This would have gone Unnoticed, had I not paid close attention to my credit card statement.

What just happened!?! Scheduling office sent me to the wrong location. I hustle across town and show up 15 min late because of their scheduling office. I pay the co pay fill out all paper work and the front says the dr is at lunch and needs to reschedule. What!?! I thought he was joking. The dr wouldn't see me. I'm actually glad cause it just shows how much Dr Ratliff really cares about his patients.

I've been going here for a number of years for various reasons and have no complaints. The front office is always very friendly and courteous. Although you can be scheduled out several weeks for an appointment, the staff will usually try to find an opening that works for your schedule. I've seen Dr.Hill, Dr. Waslewski and Dr. Cohen and all 3 have been great and really take the time to discuss the possible treatment options. They will give you the their recommendations but, leave the choice up to you. If you've had a nagging injury that isn't resolving, then I would highly

Let me begin by expressing my satisfaction with Dr. Hill's competency, but not the AZSMC clinic to which he belongs. The staff's attitude, proficiency, attitude and client relations leave a galaxy size hole to be improved. Dr. Hill performed a procedure on my shoulder in September, and it went well, but within 3 weeks, I started to experience severe pain from that same shoulder all the way down my arm. I called AZSMC office to make an appointment and all I ever got thru to was a recording saying: "we are busy with another patient. . . We promise to return your call by 3:00

I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder April 8th of this year. Dr. Ferry was my surgeon and I have only the highest of praise for his surgery, his explanations, and communication. I have now completed 4 and a half months of physical therapy......and now to work on building the strength. This being the 2nd time having surgery on this rotator cuff, I did not honestly expect such a positive outcome. Dr. Ferry is amazing and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone needing rotator cuff surgery!

Arrived at 910 am for a 930 appointment. They brought me back to the room at 935am. Waited 40 mins. Left without seeing anybody.

There are plenty of orthopedic options around - I suggest finding a Practice that values their patients' time.

Staff is extremely rude and uncaring.

Maybe Dr Waslewski should stick with his important sports teams and not make us regular patients wait 4-6 weeks to see if he will even take our case.

Ridiculous wait time. My appt. was set for 3pm and I got there 5-10 minutes early. I did not get called back until 3:34pm and then didn't get seen by the doctor until 3:52pm--so almost a FULL hour after my original appt. time. Reading other reviews on here, it seems like this is a common occurrence. I can say that I would not go back here nor would I refer my friends/family. Also, staff was not very friendly at all, if anything they were off putting.

I originally gave this facility a higher rating but after four injections that did nothing to improve the pain in my knee, I wish the doctor would've spent a little more time recommending some other alternatives. The injections were painful as well. I have since gone to an osteoarthritis center that used my camera to make sure injections were going in the right location and that was a much better result for my situation. The staff was very nice I just felt that the solution I was given wasn't the right one for me.

You can't ask for a better staff! They are all experts in their field for sure. I have had my rotator cuff done here and my broken ankle. Sadly, I'm back again this October under the blade (choice of words makes it sound rough) but in good hands with Dr. Freedberg.

This center is where the pro athletes go. Dr. Freedberg worked specifically with the Oakland A's at one point. They facilitate a lot of athletes from our pro sports teams here. Coyotes, Cardinals and more.

All phases from diagnosis to surgery were handled and communicated professionally. I would not entrust my health

They must triple book--I saw doc last week and waited in waiting room then more waiting in exam room--total of 55 minutes--oh and I am a rule follower and arrived the required 15 minutes early for a 30 second check in!!!..there is NO way they can listen to patient and perform procedures in the time they alot per patient. Going forward I will only book first appt in AM or PM--my time has SOME value.
Too bad I like the doc : -(

I've been into this practice three times now over the past couple years. Dr Dean was always thorough, knowledgeable, Genuine and like-able. However, I did run into a billing issue with the office. It was over a $70 co-pay. I went ahead and paid it for what I thought was a second time since they threatened collections, not worth the argument or research over $70. Every Dr's office I've ever been to collects co-pays before you see the Dr. So I was surprised to get a collections notice in the mail several months later for a co-pay. When I inquired, the office manager was condescending

This is the worst team of "medical professionals" I have ever experienced. The scheduling is garbage, the communication is almost non-existent, and there is a blatant disregard for patient requests. The front desk staff act like they're working at Airport Lost Luggage, and it's practically impossible to get them to call you back. I've seen multiple docs in this office and had multiple appointments over the years, and I've only had ONE positive experience.

**Charles Peterson is a great doctor. I will always appreciate the time he spends with his patients and his genuine

Dr. Dean is great to work with. Came in because I fell and tore my rotator cuff. Very painful. Not a long wait. Pleasant staff. He was patient with me. He's very educated and great with finding the source of pain. Had me follow up which most doctors could care less about. His assistant I think her name is Jen was wonderful! Must recommend.

Greeted by friendly and smiling receptionist at 8 am this Monday.
I was called in before my appt time, met with Dr's assistant , Ann, off to x-ray in a few minutes, seen by Dr Justunen, evaluated, advised, questions answered and on my way in 30.
First class experience.

ASMC is not more than a group of individual Orthopedic surgeons so you can't really put down the whole group as some have done. The front office has always been nice and helpful, perhaps a bit reserved.
My wife and I have had several occasions to be seen by Dr. Freedberg so this review is about him. One of Dr. F's wonderful qualities is that of communication and being human, with no God like behavior. His explanations and vocabulary are very easy to understand and I guarantee you WILL know what is going on. His sports medicine background is impeccable, from his residency at the best

Dr. Hill explained everything regarding my MRI results. He was very thorough and the staff were friendly and quickly got me all set up for my follow up. As Dr. Hill went through the possible steps I could take to treat my knee, I knew that I was in good hands.

If your time isn't valued, and you believe the Doctors time is more valuable than your own, then this is your office!

Asked to show up 30 minutes early, actually get there 40 minutes early. Then 85 minutes later I'm still sitting there waiting......And don't forget about the 30 minutes to drive there, and 30 minutes to get back to your day. You will quickly spend TWO HOURS TWENTY FIVE minutes of your time in hopes of seeing the doctor for 20 minutes.

I'm sorry my time has VALUE too, and the doctor's time is no more valuable than my own. I walked out after waiting

This place seems to be nothing more than an elaborate scam to charge your insurance company as much as possible via multiple scheduled visits for the same or slightly different issues, and funneling patients through a mill and into their approved "physical therapy" partners. They even go so far as to have another "company" on the same floor to do specific X-Rays despite clearly having the same staff working at both offices.

Don't come here if you want a legitimate answer, or legitimate help. They'll only end up charging you and your insurance company a ton of
