This place used to be amazing. The providers are amazing. What is terrible is the front desk. The last three injuries my daughter has had over the last 6 months it takes multiple phone calls and messages to get to talk to anyone. You cant even schedule an appointment. In the middle of competition season its unacceptable no one will return your call or you cant get hold of someone for weeks. While their business hours are open you get a message saying they are closed and then you never get a call back. Seriously considering going somewhere else if you need a doctor regularly. This place

I went here after a car accident because there was a long wait to get in to see a regular specialist. The Dr and my experience receiving care at the clinic was fine. 1 star because their billing department is a joke. I just received a bill for my visit in 2019 in the year 2021. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Leah Brown is "TRULY" that one in a million surgeon who is incredibly gifted. Great surgeon, fantastic when it comes to attention to detail, explaining everything (pre & post surgical), also listens.
After major shoulder repair, I am doing better that my past shoulder surgeries from other surgeons. I'd say I am weeks ahead of where I was in previous surgeries.
The Staff - Dr. Leah Brown's staff is equally wonderful. They are courteous, compassionate, always with a smile and very helpful.

Cowabunga, what a great experience! I had a serious situation and Urgently Ortho came to my rescue. Dr Leah Brown and her team did a fabulous job diagnosing my problem, providing quality, empathetic in office treatment and scheduling an appointment with a Foot Specialist for the first thing the following morning.

Went in for an Achilles heel issue and the doctor gave me a boot to wear. At this point the visit was fine.
When I was checking out however things changed.
I was not informed there would be any type of deposit for this boot. I paid my co pay at check in and should have been informed about any other potential fees.
I have insurance and paid my copay. I have never had to pay a deposit before with my insurance on these types of things.
Had I been informed I could have sabed my co pay and left as I did not have the money.
When I told them this they simply the boot back.

Urgently Ortho is AMAZING!! My 6 year old daughter fell at school on Friday and the school nurse thought she was fine. Saturday morning when my daughter woke up holding her arm I knew it needed an x-ray. Urgently Ortho is a beautiful office with a kind and caring staff. We saw Perry right when they opened. He was so good with my daughter, really took his time and made sure she was comfortable and knew what was going on. Her arm is fractured and we go back in a few days for her hard cast. This was so much better than going to the ER...a beautiful office with no wait time, and no sick people in the

I came here for a knee injury that I suffered during a fall. I was training for a marathon and this injury had stopped my training. I was looking for help, fast! Before the PA even examined me or asked any questions about my history or running background, I was told that running is bad for my knees. PA Kelsy even took the time to explain to me why it's bad on your knees. I really wished she had used this time instead to focus on the injury that brought me to the office in the first place. The staff at Urgently Ortho are extremely professional. I brought our daughter there because she hurt her arm at dance class and Dr. Brown cared for her like she was her own child. Dr. Brown took her time to explain every intricate detail of our daughter ‘s injury as well and the treatment regimen needed for her arm to properly heal. Dr. Brown is amazing, we arrived in Scottsdale after a long ride from Connecticut, I called at 4pm and was told to come on over. My husband had extreme shoulder pain. After an x-ray it was determined as we feared, he needs a shoulder replacement. Dr. Brown told us background, served in the Navy for 12yrs, a tour in Afghanistan and MD to the Carolina Panthers and now the Phoenix team. She has performed over 300 replacement surgeries. We found. Great physician. I am a nurse and can’t wait unity new insurance kicks in so my husband can get a MRI and then surgery with Dr. Brown. Excellent bedside

We just had our second experience with Dr. Brown and it was just as great as the first. She took the time to understand our daughter's injury and exam her thoroughly.
She was able to take X-rays in the office and view them immediately.
We love that she has evening hours so we don't have to miss work or school.
The interaction with her and everyone in the office was pleasant and they took the time to make our daughter (8) comfortable.

Phoenix- We are lucky to have Dr. Leah Brown and Urgently Ortho in our midst. Having a walk in orthopedic clinic is a fantastic and necessary idea! Dr. Brown is compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough.
I came here because I hurt my knee and we are currently between insurances; Urgently Ortho is priced extremely fair given that you are seeing an actual orthopedic surgeon and not just a PA at some other urgent care.
If you are in pain and in a pinch I would highly recommend coming here!

Amazing experience it's refreshing to see a business that truly cares about their patients. Not only was it speedy but what a high tech office. You walk in check in on a ipad and bam your seen. Dr. Brown is a US Navy Veteran and truly cares about her staff and patients. I came in for a foot injury and she was beyond thorough and quickly examined me and used top of the line equipment to examine my foot to locate the issue. Overall it was a very educated and amazing experience highly recommend if you want top notch service !

Dr. Leah Brown fell out of heaven and has blessed PHX with a concept that is incredible!!! I slipped and fell at my daughter's wedding venue in Oro Valley(Tucson)AZ....so, I had not choice to go to the ER there. The ER doc conformed I had broken my foot and badly "jammed" my finger...and then told me to "find a 'qualified doctor'" that specializes in the type of break that I had.
Of course, it was a SATURDAY(of course), so finding an Orthopedic Surgeon was IMPOSSIBLE!!!
