In 1971, Lower County Realty Abstract Company was founded by, State Senator Joseph A. Maressa, Sr., Esquire, with the mission of providing accurate and efficient settlement services to the real estate community in the "lower end" of Camden County.
In 1983, upon graduation from college Joseph A. Maressa, Jr., joined the firm and was charged with the task of expanding the products, services and market share of the company with an emphasis toward specialization in the new construction and commercial closing arena.This mission proved to be a successful one and over time the client base grew at a rapid pace.
