Health and wholeness can't be compartmentalized. You are not just your physical body, your mind, or your emotions. Collectively these layers work in rhythm and are designed to align your life and your purpose. Regardless of your past choices or present situation, you have the opportunity to BE WELL.
Stop asking for permission. Permission to be yourself, to dream, to make changes, to walk away. Release yourself from submitting to the ordinary. You see, we often ask others for the direction because we want them to take ownership if something goes wrong. Life is ultimately your responsibility and I believe in your ability to create the change you desire.

All too often we look at the experience of others and judge our own experiences against them. But that's fundamentally wrong. Just because your trauma may not, on the surface, appear "as bad" as someone else's doesn't mean it's any less traumatic or has less adverse effects. An event or experience that changes your thoughts, behaviors, and vision of yourself and your place in the world.
A Brainspot is actually a physiological subsystem holding emotional experience in memory form. By locating and focusing attention on these "brainspots" can access their ability to create mind-body resolve. Developed by David Grand, PhD, Brainspotting is a focused mindful processing that allows individuals to use their field of vision and somatic activation to heal and recover.
