From the initial phone call, to coming back after everything was done with urn and urn jewelry for transfer these guys are amazing. Very warm and understanding. The entire experience dealing with Cady staff: working out logistics of my father's funeral, taking care of his remains, performing Hindu Religious rituals during the funeral, and finally the cremation was exceptional! I have never had to plan a funeral before this, but the staff here was super supportive, very polite, very courteous and accommodating of our family needs.
I highly recommend them for planning the end of life needs of your departed loved ones.

These people here have been so amazing. they are patient, kind, soft spoken, and all around really pleasant. I am grateful the hospital suggested them. In this hard time, they have been great with help getting things all in aline with my mom. I knew nothing that we were supposed to do, so for them to come in, and give me a check-list, and just let me be myself was amazing.
