I wasn't going to write a review but here it is. I'll start with how my family was rushed out of my grandmother's funeral almost a year ago. It was already hard enough that we lost our loved one but not being able to grieve in that moment was even more heartbreaking. She was laid to rest in their Mausoleum and she didn't even get her $1k name plate for several months after and now we are being informed that we cannot decorate her cover due to regulations. REGULATIONS! As if this was a home owners association. This is how we show our love and we never put anything distasteful or disrespectful towards

Update - 6/8/21: I am updating my review as I was initially very disappointed in how my preplanning was handled with this company. However, to my surprise, Mr. Smock, the president, reached out to me personally and offered to make things right which he did. That significantly changed my view of this company's interest in customer satisfaction. Thank you, Mr. Smock!

It all started out wonderfully when they were helping us with my mothers cremation. She passed in December 2019. Staff was kind and guided us through the process. Since we were not having a graveside service we chose to leave it up to the funeral homes schedule to have her buried. The form was marked TBD. I called today to check if her ashes had been buried only to be informed she was still "in storage." I got excuses about staff leaving and it wasn't monitored. To top it all off the person I talked to acted as if it were no big deal. YOU HAD MY MOM SITTING ON A SHELF IN STORAGE FOR OVER A YEAR

We had a service for our father, Gerald Turner last week and Billie was at the service. She was so caring and very attentive to our needs. Sent a very nice thank you card after the service. I was very impressed with Billie and Cammie, they are wonderful caring people. Thank you for helping us get through this difficult time. Sherry Anderson and Family.

This location did a great job at making the hardest time for my family worse! They were inconsistent, terrible communication, and worse of all did not preserve my grandmothers body. They didn’t embalm her and left her in plastic. I am in utter disbelief and disgust that a team would handle someone’s family like this. We had to change funerals Homes to ensure her beauty would be represented at her service! I am disappointed in Joe and Caitlin as they we’re terrible and should not be in the line of work! They continuously added charges although she had a policy with them for over 20 years.

With everything going on (restrictions due to COVID) Billie and Tom at Bonnie Watson - SeaTac assisted our family to provide the best services possible for dad. They went above and beyond for our family. I won’t give many details but just have to say that We are so grateful for you both and your hard work does not go unrecognized! They really do what they can to respect the law, protect everyone, and assist families during these difficult moments. Thank you for your services and help, dads celebration was great under the circumstances.

We had my mother in laws funeral here yesterday. Everyone was so kind and helpful. There were pandemic restrictions in place and I felt comfortable being there.
The staff treated all of us with dignity and respect. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and the staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable. They brought her crayons and coloring pages. When she got too rowdy, her and I left the chapel and were going to sit in the lobby. Instead they let us sit in a private area with speakers and we were able to hear the service.
They set up the flowers beautifully and helped to get all of our

I came to Bonney Watson Funeral Home for the first time in 2006 when my Dad passed away and they were so thoughtful, kind and considerate. I was so happy with them back then that I called them back now to make pre funeral arrangements for my Aunt. Brooks delivered even better customer care than I had received with my Dad, which was hard to surpass. Brooks made a very awkward and uncomfortable process feel more comfortable and felt like he was actually part of my family helping me with these very difficult decisions. I highly recommend this Funeral Home and especially Brooks.
