They DESTROYED our food, making it INEDIBLEY SPICY yet they refused to correct their mistakes while saying that "you got what you ordered" while literally laughing at us and hanging up the phone.
We were regular customers here, spending literally hundreds of dollars per month but we're now taking that money elsewhere.
We explicitly asked for NO RED HOT SAUCE with MILD GREEN sauce instead. Does this look like "no red sauce"?
One bad employee can literally cost your business THOUSANDS of dollars per year.

I order this burrito from all the like restaurants . Steak egg cheese and potato. I always substitute rice for the potato. This restaurant happily obliged and gave me Spanish rice with peas… not a huge issue they also contributed ham to the burrito. It felt a little like a fusion fried burrito. No harm no foul right. Well as a chef I felt like it was my duty to go and give feed back a couple bites in. Where I was quickly schooled on how all mexican rice has pease and no Hispanic restaurant has white rice. This place has the worst customer service that I've ever had in my life. When I drove up to order my food the lady already had a bad attitude, but I was respectful and continued speaking in a polite manner. When I got to the window to get my food I asked for limes and she told me that they were in the bag. I told her that I checked and they were not in my bag, she started to argue with me about the issue and would not give me no limes for my tacos. I drove off because I was going to be late for work if I entertained her ignorance. When I got to work and opened my bag my order was all wrong, I was

Extensive menu. Delicious food. Normal prices. Nice portion size. The food is very authentic Mexican.
The place was rather empty when I went in, around noon on Sunday. There was only one other customer, who was raving about the food to the counter person when I walked in.
I had the 2 rolled tacos and chicken taco plate with an agua fresca. Every portion on the plate was satisfying.
They also have handmade ice creams with interesting flavors like Mango Chile. Maybe I'll try that next time!
Down side:
The melon agua fresca was beyond excessively sweet. I swapped it for the Jamaican hibiscus

My husband and I went for dinner and ordered a rice pudding/gelatin cup and before we had the chance to check our full order we were rushed away from the drive through window by one of the associates with no one behind us. On our way home we realized the jello was COVERED in mold and 2 days expired. We tried to call them to alert them and it was difficult to get through to them on the phone, once someone picked up after several calls they were curt and short. We will never be going here again. Severely disappointed. We love other Gualberto's locations but this one was terrible. Avoid going here
