Took my 2007 superduke 990 in a couple months ago, I asked them to fix the oil leak, fix the rear break because it was loose, an oil change, and reset the timing chain. I picked up the bike 8 weeks later and the timing chain wasn’t done, they had to take it back in and work on it for 2 hours when my friend and I just stood around, then I get 1/2 way home and the bike still leaks oil from the seal I asked them to fix. Then 2 months later I’m trying to take my exhaust off because I ordered an aftertermater one and the bolts are so tight no matter what I try I can’t get them off and now they

Overall, the worst experience I've had with a business. We brought our son's dirtbike in back in March for a full diagnostic to ensure it was ready to safely ride. A part was on backorder for 3 months. My Husband located the part and had it shipped from Australia. Upon reviewing the receipt, they had "forgotten" to reimburse us for the part...this was the 1st strike. The day that we got the bike back, my son was riding around for 10-15 minutes in the yard before the bike began to overheat. There was no coolant!! They did not add coolant after stating the mechanic triple checked

Put effort in to get a response regarding a bike. Despite calling multiple times and being promised a call back. Finally get a hold of a person and that person acta like somehow I should better understand how busy they are. Errr.... Anyways, wanted a ballpark trade in value for a brand they carry and guy prefaces it with " oh, those bikes no one wants". Cheap sales tacticts. Next day no response to info and pics. I ask again and get a snappy list of questions about the bike. Nothing related to ballparking. No apology for non response. Anyways, feels like another Chicagoland stealer ship so no thanks

A simple tire change took over 3hrs because the service secretary (Adam) told the tech to have them done by the end of the day even though I was standing there waiting for them, Adam walked by me and my friend multiple times and didn’t say a word other than an 2hrs into the wait he told me “we only have one tire machine so you gotta wait your turn”... The tech had no idea I was waiting for them until one of the other employees asked me what was going on and addressed the situation. Woodstock is normally good people to deal with but this experience costed me a lot of time and $110.00 for said

Wow!!! where do I start, worst customer service I've ever received, (best customer service I have had is cycle werks bmw) I would give zero stars if I could. I haven't received the bike I gave $17,300 for! delivery was set for mid week after purchased 03-06-2021 delivery was set for midweek because the tech that programs the bikes was gone (maybe racing?) I don't know if someone else tried to program the bike, I was told it was popping and creating errors on the 7 mile pre delivery ride, at this point I don't know what's been done to the bike.

Just purchased this awesome 2017 KTM 1090 R from Woodstock KTM. Special thanks to Dan and Curt from the KTM showroom and Shelly from the HD showroom. Everyone involved was courteous, helpful, knowledgable, and professional. This is my 5th motorcycle purchased from Woodstock. I'm always greeted by name and receive the best personal service. Let me start by saying the actual purchase of my bike (from Kurt) was a relatively pleasant experience. The service of that bike however has been anything but pleasant.
The short version:
If you have a sport bike, stay away! These guys do not seem to know what they are doing especially the very rude service manager for Triumph, Ken, who was previously an owner (I'm sure there is a fun story there). Ken/their techs also seem to think clutchless shifting is "abusive" to a transmission and that the Daytona 675 "was not built for that". Ken will tell you what you want to

What a great group of people from sales to service!! Took some rims and tires to be mounted and it was a very good experience. Ken the service manager even helped me load them into my car when I picked them up. I dealt with sales, parts and service today and let me tell you, they really take the pain of going in for service or parts away. Thank you all! I look forward to trading my Bonnie in next summer for my upgrade.
