We hired attorney Marc Dann to resolve an issue with our mortgage company. We explained to him that our mortgage company was overcharging us on our property taxes. The mortgage company said we owed 4 thousand a year in property taxes and they raised our house payment to match. In reality we only owed 1200 a year. We paid Mark Dann about $2,000 to resolve this. About a month later we get paperwork from his office with many small amounts of fees that our mortgage company had charged us illegally and that he , Mark Dann , had resolved. The total amount of fees only amounted to about $120. Our house
