They both obviously knew not only how to install the system, but understood how it works and could answer any and all questions as well as make common sense suggestions. Great Experience.
Our well pump was dying. We called Water-Flo around 9am, they were able to have technicians at our place that afternoon! The technicians quickly verified the pump was the problem. In a matter of two hours they pulled the existing pump from 400ft down the well and installed a new one which they had in stock in their service truck. After sanitizing the well and flushing it the water was back on.
The technicians were friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and answered all of our many questions as they kept working. They left the work area as clean as when they arrived.

Great resource to check out high quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures and plumbing supplies. There is a huge showroom, and you can write you name down on a list and get help or call to make an appointment or go to the back in the Contractor Desk area (aka warehouse) if you know what you want and order and pick up.

We found the entire process of selecting and purchasing items for our new bathroom felt very good overall. There is literally an endless array of different products available in the marketplace so the ability that Laszlo , the showroom manager, had in helping us navigate through the selection process was much appreciated. Subsequent questions were responded to very quickly and their pricing was solid and competitive. I like supporting smaller businesses rather than the big box stores... this was easy to do with Waterflo. I would recommend them to others.

I needed the well system serviced, and the experience was extremely efficient and headache-free. For an early morning appointment, Scott arrived on time (even a little early in fact) and was quickly able to pinpoint the problem - the issue has resolved 100%. I am new to well systems, and he happily and completely answered every single one of my questions and even encouraged me to ask more. I will definitely be using them for future services of the well system.

Stopped in to get some advice on a product. The staff was very knowledgeable, they had in stock what I needed which was nice. Price was a little higher than I could've gotten online or elsewhere, but they had it in stock instead of having to wait 5-14 days to get it for the lower price. Return policy is very flexible.
