Fabrizio and Nicola Carro grew up loving food and cooking in their hometown of Alessandria in Northern Italy. After working in kitchens throughout Europe, they moved to Miami to head up the restaurant Quattro, on Miami Beach's famous Lincoln Road. As twin executive chefs at Quattro, Fabrizio and Nicola watched the restaurant flourish and become a Miami Beach destination.
Chef Nicola Carro has been working on this project since 2018, discovering different ways to prepare Hearts of Palm, a versatile and nutritious vegetable that will change your mind about cooking! Via Verdi is fantastic - offering a wide range of pasta, pizza and fish/meat dishes, including many vegetarian options. The eggplant appetizer is the best eggplant i have EVER had... the salads are huge and delicious... as are the main courses. The staff are very friendly, too. Highly recommend this wonderful neighborhood spot in Miami's thriving Mimo district.

Make sure you’re park in the well lighted area. If not they will break into your car for starters. They have a picture of a chef on the menu. Unfortunately everything taste like Cisco purchased pre cooked items. The burger was terrible. Polenta fries - out of the freezer . They serve you a large pour of house wine, but it’s not great. The service is just ok. Crazy I saw the Uber orders sitting on the floor waiting to get picked up by the drivers. I drive by the restaurant all the time. So I stopped to try it out.. Done.

Came to this restaurant for the first time and loved it! I live relatively far.. 30-40 min away. We ordered the meatballs to start and they were great! This place is super cute. Too bad the service and hospitality is horrible. All 3 people who attended us were dead beats and had no personality nor how to suggest any starters or anything for that matter. The owner needs to step up and hire people who really want to work and care about the customers, or he needs to train them how to serve. Will never recommend this place. The food is something anyone can make, and the crispy meatballs were disgusting they were crispy alright and just something out of a can, horrible!

Rude staff, order was messed up, food came cold , very bad service. The owner asked how our experience was and he became extremely aggressive when we gave an answer he didnt want to hear. After calmly explaining the service could be improved, he became very hostile and claimed it was a "personal attack." I will never return to this restaurant after being treated like absolute trash. I will be sharing my experience with friends and family in the hopes that i can spare them from having the horrible experience we had at via verdi today. DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

I am giving this restaurant a 1 star because this app does not allow me to give 0 stars.
Bad food, even worse service.
We had to ask multiple times for our drinks and our order came completely wrong. Food was cold and mediocre at best.
Server asked how our food was and we kindly told him that the service was not the best. Server replied saying we were attacking him personally.
The restaurant was completely empty, I am mind blown this place is still standing.
Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Italian restaurant in Miami.

Extremely rude staff.
Refused to accommodate my family (was with my 80 year old grandmother) at the table we requested even though they were only 3 other parties at the restaurant. Took forever to place our orders. The food is ok at best. Please do yourself a favor and skip coming to this restaurants. So many better Italian restaurants to choose from in the area.

I met with some friends for brunch last Saturday. We got there right at 12p when they open and thought it was actually closed since they had half of the restaurant closed but we finally were able to find the first door to the side to get in. It is a really cute and nicely decorated restaurant. We were promptly greeted by our server who took our drinks and appetizer orders. We ordered the calamari to start and they were delicious. Love this restaurant. Great garden atmosphere and good food. The pizza is delicious, thin and made properly. The salt branzino is so simple, fresh and tasty, we love it! The salads are flavored and I love their starters, especially the mini canzone and the sole. They also have great cocktails! Overall, this is a lovely Italian restaurant, always having a great experience!

Pizza was so underwhelming I found myself angry that I spent the money. Floppy, no flavor.. I can't remember ever ordering a full pizza and wanting to call it quits after one slice. The tiramisu was literally a pile of crème, just a pile of mush.

We went on an early Thursday date night. Street parking right out front was easy and there were plenty of outdoor tables available. The staff was attentive and the food was great. Starting with the bread basket- pan criollo pieces on la plancha. So nice to dip in olive oil and balsamic which were in small plastic containers. The pollpettes meatball appetizer was incredibly good. The balls were crispy on outside with cheese on the inside and they came in a little marinara with Parmesan cheese. I had the hearts of palm lasagne. Heathy, light and filled my lasagne craving to be bad without the guilt

We called to place and order and were told they were too busy to take the order -wow we have been ordering from there for a couple of years. We went in person to order and got two burnout pizzas that looked nothing like the photo's on line or had the items that the pizza listed. the spaghetti's with clams only had 5 clams!!! when I called to tell them they hung up on me!! If they only care about the clients that are there tonight for the game, this is the last time I ordered from there, Rudeness is not acceptable. I am contesting the charges for the poor quality of food.

A great family-owned Italian restaurant serving authentic food, located in an old and quaint building on the corner of a major street. Definitely not an overly fancy place but whose layout and design make you feel as if you are in a typical cozy Floridian/Caribbean place: most of the restaurant including the bar is outside with plenty of green and it's kind of hidden and separated from the street by a white fence and vegetation surrounding the patio.
Since we live in West Palm Beach, we usually go there for lunch. Their parking isn't big, but never full at that time of the day. However

This little sit down restaurant had the perfect vibe for a lunch or a dinner date. The place was very relaxed and had a nice environment to it. I got the carbonara pasta which was different than the ones I usually get from other places. It wasn’t bad but had a different taste than what I’m used to. Then we got the lasagna which was very tasty and had an authentic taste to it. It tasted good and I would get it again. The best thing about this restaurant though was the dessert. We got the cheesecake and it tasted heavenly and the perfect amount of sweet. I would give this place an 8/10. Would

This is Italian food to return for!
I had risotto with shrimp and some others had the special hearts of palm pasta. One other in our party had lasagna. Everything was fabulous and we shared the five item appetizer which was incredible. The ricotta tasted like dessert, the arancini were fantastic.
We shared two desserts one being a Nutella mousse that I wish I could have another bite of!
Please try this restaurant out!

and something was really off. The order of bruschetta was served on mushy white bread not the typical rustic crusty bread we were accustomed to. I ordered the pasta and white clam sauce and requested linguine instead of spaghetti ---no linguine available, according to the server. What came to the table was a pile of very greasy spaghetti immersed in oil and, I think butter. Not very "clam saucy" at all. I ate the few clams and a few bites of the spaghetti and I was done.

I decided to try out a new Italian spot for the heck of it and to my surprise, it was subpar. We started off with some cocktails for happy hour. They had good deals for drinks but that's about all they offered for happy hour. The Kate mojito was heavy handed. My friend had the Barbie and it was delicious! Infused mint and pineapple gave it a sweet taste.

What an awesome place!!! I would give 6 stars if I could. It is a very welcoming, sunny, clean, simple-yet-classy family/brunch place. Sanitizers on each and every table. Masks on! What else do we need nowadays right?..
Outside tables, kids chairs, wine bar, delicious food, good prices, clean, great service, friendly and bright venue to visit. Greens and flowers around, white table clothes, absolutely pleasant restrooms (they smell good, clean, and even have a changing table for babies!!). Have been here a handful of times now and each time have discovered something new on the menu!
They have a great HH and their entree standouts have been the gnocchi and ravioli for me. They have excellent dessert options as well w/on point tiramisu & this hibiscus goat cheese dish that was actually mind-blowingly good! They also make fantastic espresso to end your meal with or pair with one of the desserts.
They have a nice wine selection that is surprisingly reasonably priced and they have THE BEST

The bar is an odd bar - the height is off, I sat there once for approx. 2 seconds and never will again lol and thats too bad bc I love drinking and eating solo and this place is just a short stride down the sidewalk.
Service can be hit or miss - the food and drinks are consistent, which is beyond words for me.
I typically get some apps or the pizza - I loooveee the pizza :0)
