We are excited to announce the details on the Bayberry Cove Lighthouse Island Brick Project. As many of you have seen, the Lighthouse Island is under renovations. A gazebo, new landscaping, including a decorative waterfall and commemorative bricks will be placed on the island. While this is an on-going project we strongly encourage you to order your brick in the first shipment.

Services
Our gated community offers a safe family resort with uniformed security guards patrolling the park (in season). Amenities include swimming pool, lake, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball, Pickle ball, Gaga ball, 2 bath houses and 2 dog parks. A boat yard is available for a fee. Social Committee has many scheduled activities including a community yard sale, Bingo, pancake breakfasts, and many social events.

Bayberry Cove Resort is a gated trailer community... But it's not your typical trailer park. Bayberry is manicured like Disney, with owners investing heavily in custom extended rooms, with an active organized community sponsoring parties, family events around the swimming pool and community fresh water lake.

Yeah it’s pretty sick, white perch and pumpkin seeds are in that back pond during the summer. but note, if you go there during the off season THEY WILL LOCK YOU IN!! I went to catch bait there and when I went to leave they locked me in! i just had to hop the fence and go on my way, but still just a heads up. over all pretty good spot

Great place to vacation. They have a pool and two lakes. One lake is private and only accessible to people that live around it, but the other is open to all residents. The trailers themselves have really grown bigger and bigger over the years; the majority are double-wide. They have a laundry building, waste disposal area, arcade, and mail service all on the premises.
