Used Boardwalk Realty to purchase a condo at the Ritz Atlantic City. David Hirsch was my agent and he was terrible, very unprofessional, did not provide condo docs and lied to make a sale. The building is beautiful but David was a complete scumbag from my experience. I was a cash buyer, no mortgage, no inspections, no demands. I just expected an honest agent to assist with this transaction.Will not recommend.

I was a tenant for a few years in a condo they managed. Always took care of any issues that came up. I eventually purchased one through them and everything went smoothly. I have since moved away and I had them rent it out and manage it for me. Never have to worry about it, they take care of any maintenance etc. and collect rent for me.
