The Club at Galloway is a unique condominium development nestled in the Pinelands of Atlantic County. Services
Some communities hold gender-specific events (e.g., "men's golf outing" or "ladies' night out") and like to be able to send communications about those events to just the residents who would be interested. Since they raised the HOA prices they have not improved anything. The grounds are not clean and the maintance man on the golf cart is rude. He won't talk to you to find something out in person but will go the "write a written notice" and stick it on your door without knocking. You get so many dumb complaints over things like your door decorations (not joking) it could really use a face lift with paint and some TLC from all the money they get extra now for each owner. Would not recommend

Since the HOA fees were raised, the roof on the recycling shed was replaced, all buildings were power washed, problematic trees were either felled or trimmed, And gutters were cleaned. Several roofs had reached the end of their useable lives and needed to be replaced since patching was no longer possible. I have probably left something out. More improvements are planned, so keep your eyes peeled for what comes next. Ir’s All about protecting property values and making The Club at Galloway a desire able place to live.
