Great location other than that horrible! My apartment has a break in, and my stuff got stolen. No cameras, police did fingerprints nothing ever happened. Invest in ring camera if you move here. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM A LADY NAMED TANJIN H..... Worst landlord with a lot of broken promises. Neighbors are nice here.

Have lived here as a year round renter for 3 years, great location, very quiet, & some nice year round neighbors. Those are about the only positive things I can say. I would never invest in buying a unit here. Management changes about every 6 months-year, there is no continuity or follow thru because of these constant transitions. Board seems to concentrate on all the wrong issues. Condo fee is high but there is no evidence of the money being well spent. It looks shabby and run down, no curb appeal, no significant routine exterior upgrades/repairs enforced to ensure anything conforms to a standard

I'm an owner, and have experienced the transition from Reliance to Corner. Has it been smooth? No, not really. But here's my take: the property was VERY mismanaged and poorly handled in the past. Very much so, as is evinced in a few emails (re: reassessments, and cleaning up the previous management's and board's problems) to current owners. And a few of the demands (remove laundry, patios, etc.), were poorly handled. That said, this is a big ship, and I actually believe that Corner is turning it around - with the help of some good people who live at Dolphin Cove. My hope, and expectation, is that

Not impressed with the overall appearances of the complex (ex. The courtyards are neglected the further you get from the office the worse they get, no wheelchair access from any of the buildings via Harbor Beach Blvd where all the public transit systems pick up/drop off and this includes the school systems as well, sidewalks are repaired horribly, the main office has the worst hours open...not able to do anything after 4pm and they are CLOSED FRIDAY'S,SATURDAY'S & SUNDAY'S which makes absolutely NO SENSE since this is the time when the majority of the residents are most likely to be able to handle

I just want to say that I am not a picky/unappreciative/spoiled person. This is my honest review. I lived here for 2 years and in that time a load of my wash was stolen and my car was keyed. Management was replaced after 1 year and it took them until July to open up the pool, and they are not helpful in most situations. Also, every apartment comes with free internet, and it will give out at least once an hour or not work at all half the time. The location is the only good thing about this place but I would leave this as a absolute last resort to live.

Very nice property the condos on the other hands well depend on who you rent from Rachel ?? Don't wanna give full name on line but if your renting and it's from someone with thAt name you'll know it's her.. So anyway she owns a few that let's say are not worth what she wants monthly..
Most importantly beware if rent from her make sure you do a checklist of all problems when move in along with photos cause she'll try and screw you out of security deposit!!!
