Since their invention in the late eighteen hundreds, roller shades have evolved into an essential window treatment providing an enormous range of solutions for sun and shading problems. A new maxim in today's window shading approaches is to maximize the benefits of daylight while not completely covering the windows. Glare from sun light is usually sourced not from an entire window but only a certain portion. As such, panels to cover only that portion allow the rest of the window to allow healthy, non-glaring sunlight to enter an interior space.
This window treatment option aims to allow clients more daylight while providing shade only where it is needed. After all, sunglasses only shade your eyes. Visits and sends perhaps one or two emails about potential work, then no contact. Very poor management which caused unnecessary delays on projects due to incompetence and failure to respond for 2 weeks. Better to save your time and go with a competent supplier that responds to requests and gets the job done on time. After this I looked them up and discovered they have a history of lawsuits and failure to supply. Am glad their incompetence came to face before we bought, or we'd be in the same problem.

This place does really deserve ZERO stars. I was looking for solutions to enclose part of my condo and came across Silent Gliss products. Their only distributor is Sun Decor so I sent out an email for more info. I did receive a very nice email back and was excited for future project. I started looking for reviews and became very concerned with the Yelp and BBB reviews. So, I emailed one of the fellow Yelpers and the parent company. A few days later, Gloria from Sun Decor called me to discuss my concerns. She explained the litigation with the other Yelper, and that her poor BBB reviews were

Bad. Incompetence accompanied by poor service . Luckily, we were finally able to deal directly with the manufacturer in the UK, but it took a year of non-performance (and missed appointments, unreturned phone calls...the gamut) of the SunDecor people before we figured out how to do that. Truly, avoid this company.
