We attempted to get window treatments but were ultimately unsuccessful. We arranged for a Saturday 1-4 pm appointment to be measured. A phone call Friday confirmed our appointment. No one arrived or even called on Saturday. We left a message, which itself was not returned. When we called them they were not at all apologetic and were unable to reschedule us at a mutually agreeable time. USE ANYONE else.

If i can give this 0 stars i would i bought my window instillation fee and its been months i call them everyday to come install and everytime i call they pick up and say yes your and going to be scheduled and then never schedule you at all. IF you have the choice not to buy from these people - I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL IN FACT i would recommend that you see someone else
