They did the shades in my home. Everything was functional, but not perfect after the first visit. It was closer after the second visit, but still required a third visit, then, after that it was perfect. Moral of the story: bespoke work usually requires some fine tuning and they were receptive, helpful and happy to get to my (high) standards. Took some time but I'm always happy to work with people that take their time to get things right.

Alluring Window has been absolutely AMAZING to work with!! This has been a slow process due to COVID-19. Even throughout the entire pandemic, Moria and team have been incredibly patient and understanding about the situation. Despite myself not being able to physically be at the property due to COVID for measurement or installation, Alluring Window left my mind at ease, ensuring everything was taken care of. Shortly after contacting Alluring Window, Gabby gave me a phone call and helped me setup an appointment for Yakir to come take a look at my office space in order to assist me with the best possible options. He walked me through the different options of shade colors, and accessories available to me. Was recently in the market for new window treatments - specifically solar shades. After shopping around, I decided to choose Allure windows. Yakir and his team were great and easy to work with. They had a nice selection of options and colors to choose from.
The installation went smoothly as they took down the old window treatments and helped patch up the holes left behind by it. Very happy with the purchase and decision and would highly recommend.

1.5 yrs later a roman shade fell off the wall because it was improperly secured in the first place. When it fell a string broke. They agreed to come to reinstall the shade for free but when they discovered the broken string repair was billed at $125.00. BUT IT BROKE WHEN THE SHADE CAME OFF THE WALL!
So if your shade falls off the wall after a year they will reinstall it on the wall but if it breaks while falling....it's on you. BTW who has ever heard of a blind company that can't secure a blind to a wall

Due to the unusual height of our windows, We had to do custom drapes. We contacted Alluring and had a professional sales person advise us on the process, design and installation.
4 weeks later the installers came in, build scaffolds and put the drapes up. We were very happy with the end result, it certainly exceeded our exceptions.

I would give Alluring Windows zero stars if I could. After one month of them canceling one appointment after another, I finally gave up. If they can't even make it to meet with me and measure my windows how do I know that I'm ever even going to get my blinds installed. Terrible customer service. Not recommended.

Roni Leiderman and his team were really amazing. Firstly I was 2 hours late for my appointment but he waited patiently for me until I got home so that he could take measurements etc. I am not familiar with the different type of options for shades and blinds and he was very helpful in explaining my options. Two weeks later everything was delivered as installed and was was very satisfied with the overall service.

We are extremely pleased with Alluring Windows for our NY apartment. We did a complete redecoration of the apartment and had a very specific look in mind. My wife and I bought our first house a couple of months ago. We met with a couple of companies about dressing our windows. Most of them where not helpful at all. My wife's best friend recommend using Alluring Window. We gave them a call and they met us by our house the next day. They went beyond and above for us. We where so confuse in what to do. The sales associate showed us different styles and guided us with his experience and our taste what would look good. We treated our whole house using them. My favorite part of my house is my living room and the reason is because of how elegant the drapes

I needed blinds installed in my apartment, but I don't have the time to shop and and I can barely manage to handle a screwdriver, so there was no way I was installing them myself. These guys made the whole experience a lot easier. They came to measure my windows and showed the different options available. Installation was quick and the service guys were friendly. The prices weren't bad at all, especially considering the quality of the service. I would definitely recommend Alluring Window to anyone!

The Alluring Windows team did a great job in sizing and installing my custom solar (roller) shades quickly and cost-effectively in the living room and bedroom of my new apartment on the UWS.
Roni, the owner of Alluring Windows, came out to my home, within a day of calling him, to give me an estimate for the custom roller shades. I needed custom block out and solar shades desperately, since my windows are floor to ceiling and I face east, so the morning sun comes into my bedroom starting at 5:30 AM.

We are extremely happy with the service and quality of work done by Alluring Window. They responded immediately and came for a consultation the next day, after we had a no show for an appointment with another company. I had Hunter Douglas shades installed by Alluring Window, and I was so pleasantly surprised from the positive experience that I decided to go to extremes and open a Yelp account, so I could recommend them.
The company is a small company, but that's probably what provides the personal attention, the sales person is professional and treat you as almost a family member, their customer service are fast, and I was surprised to see that the installer even came with covers on his shoes, not to get my floor dirty.
For a change am a happy camper.
