I went to a few different mechanics prior to going to Ken’s. One mechanic who I spoke with and seemed genuine in his conversation recommended Ken’s for the work I needed being that no longer performed those services. So I called and spoke with Ken on Friday. Explained the issue and he told me to bring it in on Monday or Tuesday. I told him it would be around noon. I brought it in on Monday at noon, and Ken was at the register, but didn’t identify himself as Ken after telling me they can’t do anything to my car today it’s too late in the day, and me telling him I spoke with Ken when he

Just called to get information and pricing for some work on a vehicle and the mechanic told me “look, i don’t have the time to go through this with you, have someone else call who knows what they’re talking about ” Patience is key, and the questions were fairly simple. The rudeness was unnecessary and his unwillingness to try and help a new potential customer was terrible. I felt as though since i was a female he assumed i did not know what i needed or wanted on my car and did not want to try and even help. I WOULD NOT COME HERE IF THEY FEEL AS THOUGH THEY CAN TREAT PEOPLE WITH QUESTIONS
