I am very upset as I had high expectation from this place due to a referral. I called at 930am on 12/10. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very impatient getting me in to be scheduled. She was very short answered and didn't bother to collect any other information to give me a "call back". I guess she didn't like being on the phone and that to me is already a bad impression of this business..

DR HOs office is like a small town dentist office, with all of the state of the art equipment and procedures. Always friendly and helpful, DR HO remembers you and inquires about you and your family. Does great work with minimum pain...it is a dentist office. Ha....Jezabel at the front desk is a sweetheart, ready to help and answer any question or calm any concern. Jamie is more than happy to talk about procedures and helping with the ugly side of dentistry...paying for it. And she does it with grace.

The worse. Please don't take your kids Here. Open 3 days a week. Front office also does cleanings. They clearly get a kick back for "referring" my 6 year old son to a specialist. Kids are squirmy and apparently it's best to put him under so they can perform a root canal on a baby tooth that's rEady to fall out. How do we know? The X-ray showed his tooth directly at the bottom. I guess he mistakes all clients for idiots. Not this one right here. Do yourself a favor and FIND Someone else

Okay I know it's the dentist. Nobody wants to go to the dentist. After driving to clantee for the last 10 years, it was time to find a new dentist closer to my house. I have now been here twice and it is as good as it gets. Once again I know it's the dentist. Everyone is very professional and Dr. Ho even said my old dental work wasn't bad. I was not expecting that at all. Had a deep cleaning the first time and replaced a filing yesterday. Very happy with my new dental family so far.... and I don't have to drive to clantee anymore. What a relief..

Dr Ho and his staff are fantastic. They treat customers right and are not over the top pricey. Their in house insurance is the best deal I've ever seen. They even gave me a refund once because they realized they over charged me. Very honest folks and my teeth look and feel great! No high pressure sales either. I highly recommend giving Dr Ho and his team a try.

I would not go back to I Smile Dental, the frotn staff always changes and dont always know what's going on, he will charge too much for different procedures not always covered by insurance and is like a shady auto mechanic, always saying you need this work done and that work done to make money, gimme a break, in fact he is being sued in civil superior court for medical malpractices.

Dr.Ho and his staff was gracious enough to take me in on a emergency root canal that other places were denying me because I was never seen in their offices. It was my first time at their offices, everyone was professional & everything was very clean, and as far as that painful molar I had, gone as soon as he took care of it! :) thnx Dr.Ho!

BEWARE!! The dental work by Michael Ho is acceptable but his fees and billing practices are extremely suspect. He charged my son $350 for an "upgrade" in a crown which wasn't needed or wanted. It appears that he is one of the local dentists who do not like what Delta Dental PPO pays so they create bogus ways to make more profit.
In another instance, I complained to the Insurance about Michael after he took what I thought were excessive x-rays, in my opinion, once again to boost his profit. He didn't like me complaining so the next time I was in his office for my appointment

I have HMO through my job and my hmo covers , deep cleaning and irrigation. I was delighted seeing the reviews on yelp so decided to give it a try. 1st appointment schedule and arrived timely since they charge for missed appointment. I get there and they dont see me until 1 hour later. Past my lunch time which was not cool. Anyhow, i got the deep cleaning on my upper teeth done and on the receipt i get an unspecified charge for 50 dllrs which they explained was a "needed" irrigation and laser. So I thought to myself ok, Ill pay for it since i needed it. The receptionist said next time

Once again I am amazed by the work and care I receive from Dr. Ho and his employees. I scheduled an appointment to get a crown replaced due to my gum line receding which left my tooth exposed. I went in expecting to have to come back because normally you have to get fitted then come back in 2 weeks when the crown comes in BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this office has a machine that creates the crown on the same day!! Within 2 hours my crown was ready and was placed in and looks a Absolutely perfect. The best part of waiting was I got treated to manicure from the salon that was

Ho and his crew. I went in with a severe pain that my previous dentist was not able to fix because I changed insurances. I have a high tolerance to pain and with my extensive dental work in the past, I'm quite familiar with treatment plans and techniques. ( I even resorted going to TJ once). But this pain was unbearable which made it difficult for me to eat ( and I love to eat) Well..let me say, three hours later I was able to walk out with a less pained smile.. . I usually don't write reviews but I was impressed with the way Dr Ho made

I came in for a routine cleaning, staff was very nice and welcoming. Dr Ho dental assistant was very nice and made the X-ray process fast and easy. I was able to meet the manager to work out some things with insurance and she was very helpful as well.
Overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend Dr Ho.

LOVED THE HYGIENIST! She was super informative, and sweet! You can tell she really cares about keeping your gums healthy and will teach you what you need to know to achieve that! She was also very sensitive to my needs. For someone with extremely sensitive teeth, this is an A+++! Unfortunately, Dr. Ho was not there but by the other reviews, hope to meet him as well.
I previously worked for a dentist and know what it takes to run an office, this staff is organized and friendly! Two thumbs up for your hard work, ladies! :-D

If you are looking for a dentist you trust, look no further! Dr. Ho is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in dentistry. He exudes professionalism and genuinely cares for his patients. As an RN, I am very conscientious of who I pick as my health care provider. I wholeheartedly trust him when it comes to the health of my teeth and gums. He puts me at ease when I come in for my check-ups.
