I want to say a big thank you to Steve and Rapaid Appliance for coming to my rescue from a on going issue I was having working with a home warranty First American and Sears Home Services for a washer repair that started November 8th 2018.
After 2 months of delays I called outside of the warranty to Rapaid Appliance and Steve came to my home right away to finish the job that Sears had started and also discovered more damage..
With in 3 days I now have my washer repaired after 2 months of delays and frustration.

Amazing Service! I called on Saturday morning and the repairman came out in 2 hours! He was extremely knowledgable, professional and courteous. He fixed my dryer in world record time, and now it is drying my clothes better than it has in years! I thought the price to repair the dryer was very fair, and if I ever have problems again, this company is who I will call!
