I do NOT Recommend this place! All the staff that work at Jenna Village are very rude! First of all the maintenance man made some very rude comments about my 9 year old Autistic daughter. When I tried to educate him he replied back with oh is that what you call it. Second the managers do not care of you have a complaints they won’t address it. They… don’t give you updates when something is getting worked on such as the water getting shut off for hours with no notice and then reply’s with it will take to long to let everyone know we had a schedule maintenance job. The place

Jenna Village and Avenue 5, might be the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Jamie @ JV office, Mike Good (regional accounts manager), Kevin Parker (accounts/billing representative) are all 100% unprofessional, unqualified, and absolutely disrespectful. I have never had never encountered such disrespectful behavior from a… group of “professionals”. From the errors in the contract: names of tenant, lease length, etc. to the misinformation being given both verbally and through email communication. Jenna Village and Avenue 5 are the last place anyone with integrity

If I could give 0 stars I would. Instead of writing everything out again, I just copied and pasted the email that I sent to their corporate office along to the office at Jenna Village:
I called Jamie to do a final walk through of the property yesterday after I got off work, arrived at 5:25pm. Upon barely entering the property, Jamie was… very hostile and rude towards me as she always has been while dealing with me. She immediately asked "you have cats right?"..... I told her I do not. Never have. She then said "Dogs, you

Moved out after our 1 year lease ended in March and deep cleaned our home. I had to call their office to get our move out summary since they never mailed it out. We did not get our full deposit back which is fine considering that we did not replace a burnt out lightbulb, chipped some paint on the stairwell during move in, and knew the carpets… upstairs needed to be cleaned but they charged us $200 to deep clean the downstairs (no carpets downstairs mind you, it's all laminate) due to smelling like "cat urine." We never had ANY pets in the house. And when we first moved in, the house was
