Over the past 3 times I have made a visit, I was never seen close to on time. In particular, my most recent appointment was at 9:20; The office opens at 9:00 and I waited till 10:00 A.M. to see a doctor (just need a vaccine) If this was only one occurrence I would be understanding. However, it has been consistently ridiculous.

Ive been here a few times but after this last visit will not be going back. In general staff was never friendly. I’m sorry but this is your job, you can try to be pleasant. Both doctors I’ve seen here come in the room with pre-diagnoses without even talking or examining you. I went there Monday bc I was feeling pretty sick, and he insisted it was just allergies. Well two days later my 2 year old comes down with a fever and I take her to her pediatrician and she has the flu, which I probably gave to her. I left a message with the staff around 7pm asking for the doctor to call me back about anything

I knew something strange was up with my body. I had a fever on Friday for most of the day. I decided to go to the doc on Saturday. I'm pretty new to this area and dolidnt have a family doc. I wanted to avoid going to Urgent Care, because my copay is $30 and UC is $100 :/ I called another doc in malboro and the receptionist agreed to see me. Get there , and they don't take my insurance. I get home feeling absolutely low and sick and feverish and call this place. Lady on the phone said come on in, as long as I get here before 4PM they agreed to see me. Filled out my paperwork and was treated really

I drove 20 minutes to get here and arrived at 8:35 pm. Website says they are open until 9 pm. Office staff refused service says they were done seeing patients for the night. I jever had a doctor reguse to help a patient. Isn't that a violation of the oath they took? Staff lied as 1 nurse said the doctor was still there and wouldn't see me while the other lied and said he left.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... The staff is cold, rude and there is ZERO Customer Service... YES - even in a Drs office you are a "CUSTOMER"
Got there a few minutes after 9am (when they opened), 7th in line. Ok, so a wait is expected. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor... I had to get to work. I went up to the desk at 10:15 and told the staff - "I have to leave by 10:45 to get to work in NYC". The nurse said - "I was just about to call you". I said "ok, great", and sat back down.
24 minutes later - STILL NOT CALLED ! I went back up to the desk and again told them I had to leave by 10:45...

After being recommended by a friend I’ve been going here for several years. Although I’ve been seen or stitched up by all of the doctors there I usually see Dr. Tran. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very easy to talk to.
The opposite of an alarmist, or doctors who send you for loads of tests or prescriptions, Dr. Tran is a calming influence who takes a more conservative approach. His view is given enough time and support the body will heal many ailments itself.
Try to have an appointment or call ahead if you are a walk in. Otherwise the wait may be long.

Do not go, and especially do not go to see Dr. Tran. He is incredibly dismissive of the symptoms of patients, to the point of being hostile. I presently have the flu and what I can only assume at this point to be an upper respiratory tract infection. I went twice this week, the first time he did not use a stethoscope to examine me and relied solely on the flu test. He gave me Tamiflu, and sent me on my way. The next day symptoms moved to my chest. I went again with my mother, who he gave augmentin for an upper respiratory tract infection, then examined me with a stethoscope only after I had complained

Current appt: Back again. I never learn. Have been here 2 hours and still haven't seen a doctor.
Last appt: Called for an appointment. Was told I couldn't get an appointment because there were none left, however I could walk in and wait. I don't seem to understand that if there are no appointments, then how can I wait if there are no times to wait for. Also, waiting 4-6 days for the results of an x-ray seems ridiculous so I inquired further and Dr. Tran got on the phone. Turns out the results were sitting there. Seems reception is just confused...
