This cleaners location is amazing! excellent customer service and exceptional cleaning services! my moncler jacket is very very specific on cleaning directions to the point where i didn’t know where to go or what to do for the lack of options it gave me but Imperial Valet did a custom job that left my jacket looking brand new again! they were patient with the process and assured me that i would be beyond elated and i sure was ! thanks again Imperial Valet! and to those reading, don’t hesitate ! get your services provided by this company !

Took one look at my black skin & automatically decided they couldn’t help me. Condescending attitude. Pretending the seamstress couldn’t couldn’t stitch my shirt. When I take my clothes to someone who is willing to service me. I will return with pictures of the repaired shirt just to prove my point.

I had been going to Lustre Cleaners on P street for over 20 years. They closed and I needed to find a new cleaner for alterations. I tried Imperial. Where have hey been all my life? I know my inseam size so I never need to be measured for alterations and the job they did was fantastic and quick. I was told they would be ready by Tuesday and I received a call the previous Friday they wee ready. I have another pair to be altered and I will head there tomorrow. Exceptionally pleased with the quality and service.

So, there is this pair of shoes that my late grandma gifted me and I LOVE THEM. They got old and I couldn’t wear them anymore, which made me pretty sad. I decided to try Imperial Valet’s shoe repair service, and I don’t regret my decision. My shoes look great, and I’m wearing them right now too. I highly recommend their service!

After spilling shampoo all over my beautiful Gucci bag, I was sure it was destroyed forever; however, thanks to Imperial Valet/Sterling Cleaners, I can use it again! Not only was the service impeccable, but the staff was extremely good at communication (giving me updates frequently on the progress) and very affordable. I could not recommend this place more!

Fast and amazing service. I didn't expect I would receive such a professional and fast service at the dry cleaners. My purse got broken on the way to work, and I stopped by at this dry cleaner to repair it. They did an amazing job with that, and it was fast. After this experience, I start coming back to dry cloth as well. Everything is working perfectly all the time.

Anyone with 3 young boys knows how often the bed sheets get dirty with all the jumping and playing around. I hated doing the laundry but then someone referred Imperial Valet to me. Not only do they do an excellent cleaning job , but they offer timely pick and drop services as well. I’ll recommend them to any mother out there with young energetic kids!
