Services
As a kid and then continuing into adulthood, I wanted to do something with my life that would be meaningful not only to myself, but to others. This partially came about as I watched one of my grandparents suffer with mental illness, and the love and care my mother gave her. My mom had been raised in a poor family and her compassion and help for others was so amazing it made a significant impact on me.
Psychotherapy is a way for you to have a safe place to discuss your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors which commonly accompany problems or events that seem overwhelming. You will gain education and understanding to self-identify your emotions, actions, and thoughts - and techniques to change them. You will also be able to identify the problems or events that are causing distress, how it impacts you, and ways to improve and resolve them.
If you have to miss an appointment due to an emergency, please call or have someone call for you to let our office know. Otherwise, please keep all scheduled appointments. Please Note: There is a $25 fee for not canceling your appointment within the 24-hour window; this will not be covered by your insurance.
Please bring your insurance cards with you. You will be asked to sign a release of information form indicating that you agree that Reclaim Life Therapy may provide your insurance company with the necessary information to process your claim. Out-of- Network Insurances are accepted, however there may be more cost to you depending on your plan.
