We've been here for almost a year now (moved in April of this year) and it's been amazing. Ashley is very responsive, from the time we put in our application to the day we got our keys and moved in until now. This place is amazing. Very family oriented and sits in a quiet neighborhood. We've never had any issues at all. Javier, the lead maintenance is also very friendly and is always on top of things.

The maintenance lead Javier is awesome! He's prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The manager might not always be available in office but she always answers your emails. They keep the complex clean and the grass stays cut. You will hear kids running around playing and having a good time outside when the weather is good so if this bothers look elsewhere.
Other than that it's a quiet community where crazy behavior is not tolerated and will be reported to our local police dept. There is a five star elementary school next door to the complex with a small park in between.

I have lived here for over 9 yrs with my 2 children. Bedford Hills has been and still is a great place for a single mom to start over. It is a child and family friendly environment. Hayli is pleasure to work with for what ever issues you are having. Maintenance is top notch, they are very prompt when a maintenance request is turned in and they fix it right the first time. I would highly recommend Bedford Hills as a place to call home.

We have been here for 5 months and before this past month I would’ve given it 5 stars. The staff was always super helpful and got back to me on any issue that arose. In the past 2 weeks, we have called 4 times, leaving messages each time, spoken with the property manager once and left several emails. NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. we have an ongoing issue and Ashley has failed to do anything about it. If we could get out of our lease I would do it in a HEARTBEAT.

If you're looking for a family oriented, pet friendly, well maintained property to feel safe to live at, then this is the place for you! We have lived here going on 4 years now, fabulous townhome first and now downsized to a beautifully renovated flat recently. They are always busy improving the property, maintenance is quick to solve your problem and office manager is friendly and personable. We highly recommend Bedford Hills!

I Would Advise Anyone That Does Not Like Ghetto Style Apartments To Avoid Bedford Hills, They Are Atrocious! The Security Lights Have Never Worked There, They Never Fix Anything, They Have A Bad Habit Of Entering Your Dwelling While Your Not At Home, For NON-EMERGENCY REASONS! And Without Written Notice, They Have People Climb Up On Your Balcony To Paint Without Written Notice, While You Might Be Exiting The Shower And Be Surprised By A Man Standing On Your 2nd Story Balcony! The Manager Neglected To Inform The Tenants Till The 8th Of April About An Attempted HOME INVASION That Happened On The
