Our auto repair shop is conveniently located in Bellevue, Washington. Our quality ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanics at Len's Automotive employ today's latest automotive technology and are equipped to handle all major and minor auto repair services on foreign and domestic vehicles.
Len's Automotive provides top auto repair services in Bellevue, WA 98005. Every year, cars seem to get more and more complicated. Today's cars might have as many as 50 microprocessors on them. Although these microprocessors make it more difficult for you to work on your own car, some of them actually make your car easier to service.
Brake systems are designed to slow the vehicle's wheel movement friction. There are primarily two brake systems, ABS and non-ABS (anti-lock brake system). Both systems work on basic hydraulics and utilize a brake master cylinder (connected to the brake pedal in the car) that supplies brake fluid pressure to the front break calipers and rear wheel cylinder or brake calipers if so equipped.

I've been using Len's for several years for two older vehicles. Repairs/service have always been done right and timely. Recently I took a newer vehicle to a dealer for manufacturer's recommended service. Dealer called after the service and an inspection and said the vehicle needed new rear brake rotors and pads. They quoted a price that sounded high. I thanked them, hung up and called Len's with the information on what needed to be done. We had an issue with our 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 on the 405 in Seattle, the temperature started to go nut. We got off the highway and found there was no water in the rad, I added some and it leaked out. It was late Saturday afternoon, and nothing was open until Monday.

I took in my little old pick up in for an oil change and a rear lighting issue. They did a great job, were incredibly friendly and kept me informed of what was going on with my truck throughout the day.

Kyle from Len's Automotive took my call on a public holiday and quickly booked an appointment for me the next day. When I arrived, he was super clear in communication, in terms of what work would be done and an estimate on the costs. Before a decent road trip, I took my car into Lens for power steering noise. I thought I needed a brand new power steering pump, so I asked to replace my old one. However, Kyle and the team were upfront, informed me of everything that needed to be done and told me a honest and non-salesman pitch answer. I was relieved that I didn’t need a new pump and my car’s issue was fixed in a timely manner. I am very pleased by their professionalism and honesty.

First of all-I towed my car through my insurance company. And of course the sound that the starter made was part of it-I thought it was because of the broken knock sensor. When I called and spoke with Kyle he showed no concern and did not offer to check it out. Your answer to my review is un-true. And I hope when people seek you out they will be really careful in choosing your Business. I trusted you-you didn't trust me. What is done is done. Len's has been my automotive repair shop for over 5 years. They are fantastic and helpful. They never do more than you ask, nor do they gouge you for services and repairs. They do not do the "hard sell" and are upfront with costs and fees. They are professional and polite. They communicate in all forms and regularly. They have after hours drops and pick ups and they simply the best. I will go nowhere else.

I came here via a recommendation from a friend based on their quality work and reasonable prices. As a wary wife, my worry was that they would take advantage of pricing and my lack of knowledge. My visit eased my concerns. They charge by the job required and do what is practical for the customer and did not push extra services or dramatize any detail to make things sound more dire than they actually were. My advisor was Daniel, and he was very friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. Coming back for sure!

This place is on top of things. Extremely reliable, organized, and friendly. They took very good care of our Subaru when we lived in Washington state. Long story, short, I went here for about $400 in work and walked out with a $2200 bill.
I was in a hurry and didn't want to shop around based on price, but after the fact did call the dealer to price one component of the repair and discovered the Len's price was about $175 higher then the dealer on that component. Finding this out was a great disappointment because I was very much looking for a new shop to love to service my 3 vehicles.
Don't get me wrong, I did trust what they were saying and chose to do what was effectively "optional" maintenance work, but no independent

They usually do a thorough evaluation, give me an assessment of the impact for not fixing and a price. They accept my recommendations and I have not find the pushing for more. I have been taking my cars to Lens for over 15 years. I am sad that I will no longer be able to rely on them for service. I took my car in this morning because it was running hot. No other complaints....running hot. Like other reviewers I was told there would be a diagnostic fee. In the five hours they had my car they took the time at my expense to check the power steering, alignment, shocks, spark plugs, air filter, fuel injection, belt, front brakes, rear brakes, tires, lights, muffler, battery, PCV, and finally my cooling system. It saddens me to write a negative review for Lens Automotive. All my previous yelp reviews and positive as I feel a good job needs to be recognized. In this case, I was taken advantage of and in hoping it doesn't happen to anyone else.
