Sa-Go Auto Repair, Inc. uses the most up to date security measure to ensure that our facility is secured. We understand that sometimes it's more convenient to arrange the drop off or pick up your vehicle after hours. In recognition of this, Sa-Go Auto Repair, Inc. has taken extra precautions to ensure that our parking lot remains well lit and that there is always 24 hour surveillance of the lot.
This place is amazing! It is near impossible to find an honest mechanic these days. The work is fantastic and the customer service is even better. They have always exceed expectations and run a very clean shop! They actually showed me what needs to be fixed as opposed to just giving me a bill and telling me to be on my way.

This place is so unprofessional. I've never felt so uncomfortable or insulted when taking my car to a mechanic before.
1. I walk in and am ignored for almost a minute while the man behind the desk does nothing. No masks to be seen the entire time. I tell him that I spoke to him on the phone about my car (about an issue that really has me worried) and his response was "Oh this is actually a dentist office." Like... what?
2. After that awkward attempt at a joke he offered me free car repairs if I got on his desk and danced. This made me feel so uncomfortable, especially as a woman, and felt like

These guys are awesome! They're always up front about what your car needs and doesn't. They've gotten my car taken care of faster than the quoted time, most of the time. I really appreciate that they will explain what's going on and show me what needs to be fixed. Bonus points: they don't do any of the sexist bs I encounter at some other repair shops. I would definitely recommend them!

First let me say that EVERYONE at this business is great and friendly. Matt is simply awesome. He is friendly, explains exactly what is going on with your car and what they are doing, and most importantly he is straight forward with what the costs are. They do not tag on random fees. The invoice has exactly what they did and the cost, no lump sump vague "service" like my previous dealership experiences. This will definitely be my go to car repair shop as long as they are in business. Plus points on Matt being funny!
