My car needed a brake fluid flush. This shop took care of it while I waited at a coffee shop nearby. Service was fast and professional. I also asked them to evaluate an oil leak that my other shop had been pressuring me to get fixed for years. Turns out the leak was just a few drips, not a big deal! I appreciate the honesty.

This shop saved my car. I had been taking it to another mechanic and felt like I kept getting it back with more problems than I had before. So, I was recommended by a friend to bring it in and they said they'd take a look. Not only did they explain to me what was going wrong in detail. But they offered wonderful solutions as to help me make sure I could do it in stages so I didn't walk out of there with $0 money in my bank account. The service was beyond what I would have envisioned a mechanic shop too be. I fully trust them, their expertise, their service, and how they worked with me

I walked in to the garage today to make an appointment because I had a loud screaching sound in my car probably needed a new fan belt. The owner was just sitting there ignoring me and finally I say hi can you please help me. He looked really annoyed and said I can't help you for another week and then I said I can't wait that long..he then yelled well go somewhere else then! So I went to jiffy lube down the street and they were able to help me right away. I will never go to that chevron again..I guess Fred never learned customer service skills

This day and age, great customer service is hard to come by, so GREAT customer service warrants a 5-star Yelp review! (I created an account just so I could leave this review!)
I had a blocked sunroof drain. After the local Toyota dealership told me they'd charge $150 just to diagnose the issue, I started investigating "home remedies." In the process, I figured a quick call to my go-to gas station couldn't hurt. The service rep took my call right away, and told me to swing by at my convenience. Fifteen minutes later, I was at the station, 5 minutes after that the problem

Normally, I don't have any trouble at this gas station, but one day, none of my cards were working at the pump... So I went in to see the attendant to buy gas and my card worked just fine inside.
Long story short, I've had to go in (where my card worked just fine) and speak with the attendant. This isn't my first time talking with this person (name withheld for hope) and she makes it clear that she does not want to help me everytime. Everyone else I've spoken to there has been pleasant... DO NOT give this crappy place your valuable business. DO NOT even think about having your vehicle serviced here UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. DO NOT act foolishly and purchase their INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED fuel.
This place is a joke and the people that work here, especially the douchy "shop manager" Paul Look are talentless hacks. They damaged my vehicle by INSTALLING THE WRONG PART and creating flame & smoke damage on my engine and refused to take accountability for their ineptitude. Now I await a wrecker to take the corpse of a vehicle that they administered the final lethal blow

What a fabulous experience. Placing the credit card in box, it asked who I was by entering zipcode digits. Upon doing so, the message on screen prompted me immediately to unhook something called a "nozzle".
The nozzle had a pump attached. Fitting perfectly into the side of the car, gasoline began to flow once I applied pressure on the handle, using my right hand.
After the tank was full and the screen said $2,135.54 - the nozzle easily refit into it's cradle, where I found it in the first place.
I will return, as the box was quite service oriented and gave me a receipt, complete
