Hello, my name is Voula, and I am the owner and cake artist of Blue Lace Cakes. I am a one-woman-show, with a passion for sharing my creativity with people, by creating works of art out of cake. The name Blue Lace Cakes comes from taking something traditional, like lace, that's been around for hundreds of years, and making it modern and personalized, by making it Blue.
I tend to book up quickly, so it's best to contact me as soon as you know you would like to order a cake. I can only take on a limited number of orders each week to make sure I can provide the best product possible for my customers. For special occasion cakes, 2 weeks notice is recommended, for wedding cakes, 4-6 months is recommended.
If you are getting married and looking for an amazing wedding cake, you've come to the right place! If you are looking for a white buttercream cake with flowers on it, I am probably not the best fit for you. While those cakes are beautiful, here at BLC, we love color, texture, and making a unique work of art that your guest will be blown over by.

I commissioned Voula to make a cake for my sister's 30th birthday and I was blown away at the final result. The whole experience from conceptualizing the cake to the final product was super smooth with fast and quick responses. Not only did the cake look gorgeous it also tasted really good too! I highly recommend Blue Lace Cakes if you want an unforgettable cake, you wont be disappointed.

We had our Babyshower cake made by Voula at Blue Lace cakes and it turned out absolutely stunning. Every detail of it was perfect! Not only did it look great, it also tasted amazing! 10/10 would recommend. Excellent customer service, very responsive, and accommodated any last minute requests and changes we had. Very professional to work with.

Voula was AMAZING! She is creative and responsive and really thinks about how to deliver exactly what her clients want. I brought her to a pretty challenging idea my husband wanted for his 50th birthday and she delivered above expectation. Her creativity in combining the elements he wanted all the way to her artistry in executing her vision into reality was just stellar. The cake Voula made for us was...amazing!!! It was better than I truly could of imagined. It really made the day special. The exterior painting and the pastel colors on the inside were incredible! Truly a work of art.
I had talked to another bakery before coming to Blue Lace Cakes, and showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they responded essentially saying it wasn't possible. Meanwhile, Blue Lace Cakes were excited to get started! They were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a custom cake made.

I contacted Blue Lace Cakes on short notice, only half expecting they would be able to help me out with something special for my wife's 40th birthday. I was contacted very quickly, and what followed can only be described as extensive collaboration to figure out exactly what I was looking for. This was far easier than I anticipated, and the final product (image attached) far exceeded my expectations. Apart from being a beautiful work of art, the cake was also moist and delicious. It's a safe bet I'll be going with Blue Lace Cakes again in the future the next time I need cake that makes a statement

Called Voula within a short notice to make my Daughter's one year old cake, and she was able to provide an excellent cake with minimal guidance. The cake was not only beautiful, but also tasted great. The cake was admired by everyone, and they wanted to know where I got it from. I recommend and will definitely be using Voula's services again for her excellent customer service, professionalism, and great work.

I wanted a lion king themed cake for my baby's birthday because that's her favorite and only movie of all time. Voula was very responsive and and clear about the details and exactly what everything cost without adding on unnecessary prices. She delivered the cake on time too. The cake was wonderful, full of detail and my baby kept saying "lion king" simba, mofasa, zazu and rafiki. It was full of a lot of great detail and the red velvet cake tasted amazing.
The only drawback is that to get that amount of detail, need to pack a significant layer of frosting. I'm glad I used
