I believe the cake tasting is very important because the meeting gives me an opportunity to get to know you more and make sure that the cake meets your expectations. The cake tasting will be an hour-long consultation to discuss all details about your wedding cake, sketch the cake designs and taste the quality of my confections.

My family and I had just eaten at BurgerFi, and we wanted to walk around a little bit to burn some energy before going home. We passed by the bakery and they were about to close in a few minutes, the employee inside was so sweet and I told her that it's ok if we can't come in, she told me no no please do. Dana has the cutest shop in Leesburg! We discovered her bakery on The Knot during our wedding planning process. Dana created the most beautiful delicious cake for our wedding!! Dana was very easy to work with, responsive, our cake was delivered on time, and looked beautiful. My husband and I were exploring the Village while waiting for our dinner reservation. We saw the cake shoppe and decided we’d pop in to grab a treat for later. Everything looked SO good! Huge cookies, decadent cupcakes and cheesecakes….We landed on just 2 cupcakes: a chocolate peanut butter and a vanilla coconut. SO GOOD. The woman behind the counter was very nice and helpful and patient as we browsed. I meant to take a picture but we gobbled them down too fast 😂 We will absolutely be back to try more!

Such a cute shop! And, it's filled with sweet things;) There isn't a lot of seating as it's more a deli style bakery. The staff behind the counter was super nice and helpful. That said, there are a few tables if you want to sit. I met a friend there for an evening coffee and a dessert. I had the Lemon Mascarpone cake. It was so light and refreshing. If I can get the video posted of the other goodies, I'll do that just so you can see. Overall a very cute shop. Worth a stop!

I stopped by this bakery tonight to try out a few desserts with family. Let me start with the high notes.
1. Strawberries and cream choux was delicious, will be having again. Not too sweet and pastry was just right, light airy and with a little chewiness.
2. The red velvet cake was moist and flavorful. The cream cheese icing was delicious and light, again not too sweet and perfect consistency.
Now, as far as the cupcakes go, the icing is good and the cake itself is moist. However, to call each cupcake a different flavor is misleading. You can have a vanilla or chocolate cupcake with different

We had the opportunity to work with Dana for our wedding cake. She was so easy to speak to, had good and fast feedback, and her ideas were just mind blowing. The design of our cake was just perfect. Not to mention the flavor of the cake. It was so delicious. Not to heavy and it was just right. We love this place and we highly recommend it. We can’t wait to use them again for another event we may have.

Dana’s Cake Shoppe is amazing, I had ordered a Minecraft cake for my sons birthday, and I’m glad I did! After a very tough year from COVID, I truly wanted to do something special for my son, and as a mother, it brightened me up when I saw the big smile on his face. Not a really big sweets guy, so for me to be that impressed by a cupcake to write a Google review, it should be believed. Dana’s Cupcakes are AMAZING! The icing is the “good” kind, not the whipped cream (health conscious) type . The cake itself is moist and super flavorful. Lots of flavors to choose from and great price, I have found cupcake heaven and I’ll be back !!

We were shopping at a nearby store in the Villages of Leesburg and decided to give this bakery a try. Definitely glad we did! We bought a few goodies, Macarons, Cookies, a slice of lemon cake, and a pastry. Overall we loved everything except the macarons, (a little dry and not as flavorful as some other bakeries), but will definitely go back. Parallel parking is hit or miss, but there is a nearby garage. They also have a few seats in the shop itself, and outdoor benches to enjoy your treats. Give them a try!

I forgot to do "check in" yesterday when I stopped in however I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write a review about all the deliciousness!! The chocolate eclairs tastes amazing.. the chocolate, the filling is just right, and the pastry shell, good flavor and I loved that it didn't get soggy. The frosting on the cupcakes is delicious.. not too sweet, wonderful buttercream flavor. And the coffee, I was asked if I wanted a Americano; not something I usually order but.. sure why not.. it was one of the best cups of coffee ever!! Other things.. shop is clean, staff helpful

I am basing this on an eclair I bought today. I also bought carrot cake for my husband but have not had it yet. My favorite dessert has always been a good & real eclair! I give it an 8 out of 10 rating. It has a pretty good real egg pastry cream filling & not mixed with whipped cream. It has a sufficient amount of good dark chocolate on top- Its not cake frosting which I dislike. The pastry was nice & thin and on the flaky side- not soggy. Absolutely delicious cupcakes! I couldn't stop eating them. The salted caramel was amazing. The buttercream is sweet but not too sweet, and the cake is moist. We also got a dozen macarons and they were to die for. The shop is small and cute, and the staff was super friendly. Next time I'm in the area I plan to stop by to try their other sweets!

Saying that we have been here twice in four days should be a good indicator that we have enjoyed the majority of what we had there.
Since it's fall they have a wide variety pumpkin items for pumpkin fans. You will find cupcakes, cookies, macaroons, cheesecake, mousse cake, croissants, marzipans and so much more!
What we have tried- pumpkin spice cupcake, double chocolate cupcake, Oreo cupcake, chocolate mousse cake, hazelnut mousse cake, pumpkin cheesecake, and whites chocolate raspberry cheesecake.

What a wonderful assortment of bakery items. The young gals working were super friendly and knowledgeable of every item. We purchased an assortment of macaroons , fruit tarts, chocolate cupcake, sugar cookie. Oh my gosh everything was outstanding!!! Love the loyalty points program. For the Grand Opening we got samples of mini cupcakes WOW those were the BEST!
