Naam Yoga AZ is now known as Naam Arizona Center for Integrative Therapies. We have legally become a new business and are now categorized as an Alternative Holistic Health Center. We were never just a yoga studio anyway. We have always offered alternative wellness services in addition to therapeutic yoga.

I have partnered with Jose Montoya, L.Ac., DTCM, who is now the Medical Director of our new therapies center and it has been a dream of ours to do this together for years. This new business model will require us to legally operate as a Membership-based integrative wellness and therapy center. It allows us to offer over 30 different alternative therapy and wellness services, including yoga as part of an integrative wellness program.

Shakti Naam is a powerful anti-aging and disease-defying yogic practice, new to the West from the Himalayas. Shakti Naam incorporates standing postures with deep rejuvenating breathing techniques to open the meridians (energy channels) and remove all blocks in the body.

This unique fusion of movement, breath, acupressure, stretching and vocal vibration, activates and strengthens the body's self-healing capacities and helps to increase one's life span - providing people of all ages with radiant health, happiness, and vitality.Shakti Naam exercises are designed to slow down the aging process, strengthen the immune system, remove stress and keep disease away.
Self practice is when we take the time on our mat, with ourselves, to practice yoga and explore our body and consciousness. Side by side to our yoga classes, it is most valuable, not only for consolidation of learned knowledge and personalization of it, but also for experimentation. Here are a few videos with Dr. Nicole & the Senior Staff at Naam Yoga Int'l to help you be the best version of yourself you can be!

I started going here are a couple of weeks ago and really enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and kind. I enjoy the classes but I do wish they would be a little bit more challenging. It is definitely a great place for beginners but not for experienced yogis. You definitely get some good stretching in though I just wish there was a little bit more strength-based yoga rather than stretching.
