I have been calling the rental office since dec 20 th and have gotten just voicemail no call backs I sent online request and still nothing is there nobody working in the office this ridiculous my sink has been unusable since Saturday and they as of 341 pm on 01/05/2022 they have not been out yet to fix it they only give you 8 parking passes per household for visitor per month no per lease holder buy per household they don’t tell you that when you sign your lease and there is no where else for you to park I pay for trash every month and they never get my trash off my porch they go to every house

I have to say my only complaint is maintenance. They do not fix things urgently. Also when they do attempt to fix something it is only a temporarily fix. I have been living here for almost 2 years now. I wish maintenance would do a better job or they hire more maintenance staff. Whatever it is for how much you pay to live here they should really do better with fixing things.

This place is terrible, do not move here! When I first moved here 5 years ago it was nice at least I thought. Currently there is a female who looks like a dude going around knocking on people’s doors, asking to use their phone and robbing them. This is the same person who carjacked the Uber driver on Saturday, September 25, 2021. The rental office is aware of the incidents and has yet to put anything out to the tenants. For all the money that you pay for rent, the tenants should have been notified and there needs to be security!!!

This particular visit was not the best, it took quite a while to get them to come, several emergency requests went out. The first person came on a Sunday alone, removed a “kill switch” and the AC began to work. He said he would be back in the MORNING. Later, we realized he had caused water to leak out of the AC excessively(water under the floorboards). Upon calling for help then, nothing was done. He never returned like he said he would. Then after several calls the arrived at 12pm alone. Attempted to “flush” the tube and re attach the “kill switch” two other gentlemen joined him, checked

Guess it is time that I write a review. I have lived on this property for almost 3 years and I must say for what I am paying I am getting my monies worth. Very easy commute, great grounds, wonderful facilities if you wish to utilize, OUTSTANDING STAFF.
I may be slightly biased when it comes to giving this review because during my time here I have created friendships with the staff. It was easy to do because they have always been very helpful when I needed it. I am always finding myself just dropping by the office to say Hello no other reason and then I find myself there for 30 minutes catching

The Maintenace guy TC was very nice and professional. However, this is my 3rd time reporting mold. Once I had mushrooms and strange bugs coming out from the tub and wall. Now mold again, plaster has separated from the walls near the tub. The wall has black mold on walls. Little creatures are once again coming out. I have asthma and this isn’t helping. My neighbor below me has informed me that she has mold in her apartment as well.

I've had the pleasure of living on the community for almost 3 years now. And I always have the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Carla Wynn. She is the absolute sweetest and always makes sure that the needs of her tenants are met. She goes above and beyond and always does so with a smile.
