The atmosphere is uncomfortable. The owner advertises micro-blading, but with 3 treatments the owner caused excessive pain, early fading, scar tissue; irreparable damage! The charges were excessive for all the damage that was done. I have had to seek treatment elsewhere. The owner should consider training for micro-blading and updated tools. Very disappointed.

I went here for a massage with Sheila who did a fantastic job, and had a pedicure. I was very pleased with the services and I'm going back in two weeks to do it again. I like that so many things can be done at the same time and it is nice and relaxing.

I would never recommend this salon, even to my worst enemy.
My oldest daughter took her little sister and her cousin to get their nails done here on Tuesday (11/23).
This place completely took advantage of my daughter who doesn’t get her nails done very often and doesn’t know what questions to ask. She was too shy to speak up when the nail techs were giving her 10 year old cousin and sister nails that were extremely inappropriate for their age. All they saw were dollar signs and a naive girl who wouldn’t know she was being hustled.
Lesson learned for my daughter to speak up and ask why

I went to the spa for my birthday with some friends. We bought packages and spend a lot of money when we went. My package included a manicure. I upgraded my manicure to gel knowing there would be an additional cost. I ended up paying and extra $70 on top of my package. I spoke to the front staff that I shouldn't have to pay for a complete set of gel nails on top of my package but just what the additional cost was for gel instead of a manicure. I left paying only for the upgrade. I got a call from the front desk 10 minutes later saying their manager told them to charge my credit card for the extra

First time here. Got the El Bella pedicure with my daughter. Leg massage was good,but barely a foot massage at all :(. I have very minor caluses that she said they charge 5 dollars extra to do? My pedicure was a step up from the regular...it should have been automatic. Nice nail art though for 5 bucks. As a trained manicurist,my feet should have been soft and feet massaged.

The salon wouldn't accept a gift card that was purchased in 2019. I explained to them because of Covid-19 I didn't have any non essential services. I just recently was vaccinated and felt safe enough to go to the salon. The manager would not accept the spa certificate (which was a gift) because it had expired. She would not make an exception because of Covid-19 to provide the service now that I felt safe to go into a salon. She even was so rude she disconnected the call without even letting me finish reasoning with her.

I went to the higley and queen creek location to get my toes done and let me tell you I am VERY disappointed. They are so poorly done and not only are mine done terrible but I was with my mom and hers are also done VERY terribly. It’s all over my skin and honestly my little brother probably could’ve done a better job. Also to top it all off my massage chair didn’t even work. I wont be returning ever again cause that was just so embarrassing.

I moved from Gilbert to Apache Junction 3,5 yrs ago.and now travel 45 minutes just to have David do my hair. I also have pedicures done at this SPA.
