First time experiencing a massage, did a couples massage with my wife, and I was pleasantly surprised! Sharon was right on par with what I requested and her ability to press and hold the pressure points, gave me chills, and felt absolutely amazing. My wife has been using Best Estie for over a year, and she finally dragged me in, and now I understand! Ben did an outstanding job on hitting her with a deep tissue right where she needed it! I am sold and picked up a membership, thank you Sharon and Ben!

My first call here Matt/Michael hung up on me when I had called to ask about memberships. The other line was ringing and he abruptly said that he would call me back. I was in the process of asking if he had my phone number when he disconnected me. He did call back and answered all of my questions so I did give them a shot. Although that first impression I didn't like. It's been a few months though and so far so good.

Spoiled my daughters and took them both here for facials and a massage. Everyone was kind and genuine. Amber and Ashely the girls loved you. Dalia, was great as well. Daytona, super sweet girl. Ben has the best customer service and walked around the entire time with a genuine smile on his face. We will be BACK FOR SURE. Thank you for making my birthday girls day so special.

I had my first massage at this location and it was very much relaxing. The only reason I am giving two stars is that they charge your card before you even arrive for your appointment. Plus, I was told I would get the introductory price of $59.00 but my card was charged over $70. I don’t really feel comfortable with a business charging a card before you even arrive for your appointment. I have worked in different retails in the past, and it just does not make sense that it happened the way it did.

I had an exceptional massage experience! During Joy's consultation with me we talked about not just about physical issues I was having, but how I was feeling that day. Joy fine-tuned the massage to address my needs, including some maneuvers that inspired me to get back to my yoga practice.

My boyfriend and I went for couple massages after a driving trip to California. I had the pleasure of being with Raina. She asked where I needed attention and I said my legs. She did a great job on my legs, but an even better massage on my shoulders and neck. I didn't realize how much my neck needed attention and she noticed right away.Truly was a great experience and I recommend everyone try the couples massage if your are in a relationship. Raina definitely rebalanced my chakras and I know my boyfriend feels amazing as well!!

Rushed service!!! My husband and I booked a couple massage and it was our first time out in six months since I just had a baby. We were looking forward to this massage. However it felt rushed and they did not work on the points that I specifically asked to. The guy Jarred did not do the top of my legs or my lower back which is the main focus I wanted done. During the massage he signaled the other masseuse of five minutes left or something of the sort. They just couldn’t wait to get out of there. Also when we were about to check out they asked for gratuity and to make it even more uncomfortable

Great above and beyond customer service! They are very affordable. I would recommend to take advantage of their membership. All therapists are very knowledgeable and make an effort to get to know you and your needs. Also very clean and actively sanitizing throughout the facility not just massage tables. Highly recommend 👌 Daylon and Raina excellent technique.
