Dr Huberty repaired my RT shoulder after a very bad tear/separation. He is a younger surgeon but that actually was a plus, since he had training in more modern methods of repair which cut down scarring and was less invasive. My surgery was 100% successful and now, 1 year later, I am back to my old self and active once again just as before the surgery.

I brought someone to their ROC appointment, only to be told their appointment was cancelled because their therapist was ill. They said they had called my rider at 7:30 and got no answer. That was all---no second call, no nothing. We both wasted time and gasoline to get there, and ROC's laziness (or stupidity) made it all for naught.

Dr. Huberty is a very knowledgeable Doctor who truly cares about his patients! He never tries to rush through the appointment, and always takes the time to answer every question. I just recently had my other shoulder replaced and feel very confident this will be as successful as the other shoulder! I highly recommend him!

Dr Feinblatt was very competent, attentive and addressed not only the issue I went in for but issues he noticed and felt I would benefit from. He was fast and personable but I never felt rushed. He explained treatment options and let me choose. His staff were all very helpful and considerate from the scheduling person, front desk, X-ray technician to medical assistant. It was a very positive experience.

I visited Dr. Coen because of a pain in my left knee. With the help of
X rays the doctor explained to me what was probably causing the pain and suggested a plan of action to deal with it. He was thorough and took as much time as necessary to answer my questions. Less than a day later I received via email a summary of the appointment's findings plus a detailed list of the suggestions he had made.
It was a worthwhile visit and I applaud Dr. Coen for his honest and forthright willingness to help me with my problem.

Dr. Huberty and his staff are top notch. Organized, easy to work with, and excellent communication. David Huberty is a great balance of providing direct information while being friendly and patient in taking time to answer all questions, requests, etc. Everything with my shoulder surgery went just as planned and the recovery portion has begun ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

ROC Orthopedics is the definition of greed. They charged me thousands upon thousands of dollars, and that's with insurance, even though the vast majority of the time, they just throw me in a waiting room and forget about me. Eventually, the doctor comes and talks to me for maybe 5 minutes, and boom, here's another bill. My insurance changed to something that isn't compatible with ROC, and they cut me off immediately without even offering one last visit to provide advice for the future. I understand that surgeons deserve to be paid well, but ROC's rates work out to more than

After experiencing a work-related injury and two unsuccessful knee operations, I had the great pleasure of being treated by Dr. Ballard. After a complete full-knee replacement I now have hope for a full recovery and an active life. I am now back practicing Yoga, attending spin classes and most important enjoying my family.

Can’t speak highly enough! I’m so grateful I switched doctors. Quick, efficient, caring and gets the job done without making you jump through hoops (my last experience) friendly and timely. Plus you get your X-rays done down the hall and get answers and/or steroid injection and PT instructions SAME DAY! Wonderful experience!

I've been a few times for frozen shoulder and a rotator cuff tear. I saw Dr Huberty, and although I had an MRI that revealed quite a bit of crap wrong, he decided to take a more conservative approach (instead of surgery and a 6-month recovery), and opted for a couple of cortisone injections to help alleviate the frozen shoulder first.
I have to say, in a time (COVID) when people are trying to make all the money they can, Dr Huberty's conservative approach saved me a LOT of $ (not pushing surgery) but also gave me some relief and I'm almost back to a good range of motion.

Was sent here for a referral and I left in more pain then I was when I walked in. The front staff is a rude mess from changing my appointment without calling me and asking you to do your own insurance work. This was the first time I heard a doctor say we could do this to help you but I don't want to.

Had to post after reading Ali R.'s 6/28/19 post. I had Dr Ballard replace my hip 3 years ago and he returned my to 100% (black diamonds and walking 18 holes). His pre op preparation was thorough and he was most concerned about getting me thru the procedure safely. He does pre op testing and checks for other medical conditions that might impact the safety of doing the surgery. He is kind, thoughtful, empathetic and incredibly skilled. His office is efficient and well run. His staff is professional and compassionate. My wife is having Dr Ballard fix her soon which prompted my visiting

Saw PA Michael, for husband's knee exam. His approach to treatment was conservative, which is exactly what we were hoping for, given that we are we are still relatively young (early 30s).
He also screened my husband's hips "just in case ", which I appreciated.
Michael was super personable. One star off because the office is slow.

Dr. Ballard and the rest of the medical staff are fine, if you are ever lucky enough to be able to see them. Unless you physically walk into the office and speak to someone, you shouldn't waste your time trying to phone. It takes an act of God to get through to a human being. Endless recordings asking you to "push this" or "select that", but NOTHING that actually connects you to a human. If you can actually get to a place to leave a message, you'll be doing really well if you receive a call back within 48 hours. The office staff here is seriously incompetent

As the other reviewers stated, I wish I could give less than one star. I made an appointment here hoping to be able to see an ortho doc more frequently than at my previous ortho doc's office. I showed up early for my first appointment, filled out 10 pages of history paperwork and paid my co-pay, Then I sat an waited in the waiting room. And waited, and waited. When it was 30 minutes past my appointment time, I went up to the front desk and asked if I would be seen soon. I was told that the doctor I was seeing (McWeeney) was not even there! They told me I would be refunded my co-payment

I had meniscus surgery in July with Dr Ballard. While I did like the doctor, his staff was horrid!
Scheduling surgery as a nightmare. I am a hairstylist and I am booked out 6 weeks in advance. You would think scheduling surgery this far out would be easy, but it was not. I was told that he only scheduled out patient surgery on Fridays and then told that wasn't the case.
My first appt after surgery was supposed to be with the doctor. But no, I received a call that I would see his nurse instead. Ok, fine. But she was a giggly young girl. First in removing the stitches she made the incisions
