My journey, like yours, has been one of learning to grow through life's challenges. I've discovered how to work through issues, finding growth and freedom with tools for communicating with my spouse, parenting my children, navigating family dynamics and other challenges that hinder my relationships.
Counseling services include marriage, discernment counseling, individuals, and women in ministry. The secret to your recovery is to learn to embrace your own history. Look at it, become aware of it, and experience your feelings about the less-than-nurturing events of your past. Because if you don't, the issues from your history will be held in minimization, denial, and delusion and truly be behind you as demons you are not aware of.
My complimentary, no obligation consultation is an opportunity for you and I to decide if we will be a good fit for each other. The therapeutic relationship is a determining factor in therapy having positive outcomes. Our intake session is our initial session where we discuss our mutual expectations for therapy, explore what is bringing you in for services, review our therapy agreement, and any other documents.
