We inspire our instructors, gymnasts and cheerleaders to embrace challenge and be the best they can be in their sport and in life. Our goal is to train our students in skills that lead to developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance through the gymnastics program.

My daughter wanted to take gymnastics. She is 10 years old and had no skill set in this area. If you go in with realistic expectations I think you will be pleasantly surprised. She goes once a week and has just finished her 5th month. The whole family goes to watch her and she loves the exercise. Is she learning Olympic level gymnastics? No. She isn't ready for that anyway. She is strengthening her core, learning how to balance and gaining control of her body. Thats what the starter program is. Its $100 a month for the first month. $75 a month after that. Very reasonable for the attention she gets

My daughter was taking classes for about two months and her instructors were young girls most of them very sweet except one that was not helpful with teaching and expected the children that have never done something to know how without explaining it. Would not recommend this place to first timers you will be disappointed. I wasn't the only one in the class with these feelings
