The Bluffs at Willow Run - an awesome place with amazing amenities and accommodations. The complex has incredibly well-kept common areas and is very clean with spacious apartments. This is the perfect place to live for people who love the awesome views of nature, and yet want to be close to city conveniences. Jess helped our recent move to be very easy, and she’s always upbeat and friendly. She and Dave are great to work with and super helpful, assisting with any questions in a very timely manner!

Nice complex. I used to deliver dry cleaning. Never seen anything but the front office. But that was calming. And having the view of the golf course is a plus.

The Bluffs is a very spacious, friendly, and comforting place to live. The other residents are extremely kind and easygoing. The staff are friendly and not only quick to attend to any problems, but also host informal activities that help me meet other residents. I highly suggest living here and being a part of this incredible community.

We’ve been very happy here at the Bluffs. The view is outstanding and we love the fact that a GreatLife membership comes with the rent. The gym is top notch!! The garage is heated for those cold winters. The walls are well insulated so you rarely hear your neighbors. If you play golf, there is no better apartment in Sioux Falls!!

We moved to The Bluffs in May 2017. We thoroughly enjoy the location and the amenities like the golf course, restaurant, fitness center, car wash bay and underground parking! Most importantly, staff are friendly and responsive to our needs. The views are great too!

We have been there for almost 2 years now, and we love it! its a great space for a family, my daughter loves having access to an indoor pool year round, the food at the willows is delicious and drinks are well priced. the gym is always clean and the trainers and assistance are always friendly!

The apartment is great and very spacious. Never to much noise and everyone I have met out here has been very nice. Lived with Lloyd companies downtown and decided to stick with them because of the management team! The move out to The Bluffs was the right one!
