Conveniently located in the heart of Greensboro, Radiance Yoga features two beautiful group studios, a private studio, and a small retail space. We offer classes for yoga students of ALL LEVELS. Yoga means "union." Come to Radiance to learn about yoga and to unite your mind, body and breath. Come to Radiance to find your inner light.
Kishie took her first step on the path of yoga at the age of 16, when her grandfather introduced her to meditation. The world of meditation gave Kishie the courage to embark on unconventional journeys, and instilled a sense of personal power and the understanding that each individual is blessed with the ability to create the life that they want.
If you are new to yoga, it is wise to begin with one our Beginner Friendly classes (Classes with a *). If you need help selecting a class, feel free to contact us. An all level, gentle class designed to relax your body and mind, weaving together breath, movement and stretch. An all level class, perfect for the student who wants combine strength, stability and flexibility with slower movement.

I love Radiance yoga. The owners of the studio are attentive and kind. The in person studio is top notch, but with the pandemic closing the physical doors, radiance has continued to provide amazing virtual content to their students. The ON DEMANd Radience yoga option featured world class, heart centered yoga and meditation content that is constantly updated. With the ON DEMAND option I can practice in the comfort of my home until it’s safe to get back in the studio. I can’t say enough good things about Radiance yoga.

I try to make a stop by Radiance Yoga each time I visit Greensboro, but I’m thrilled they now have online options for out-of-towners! The classes incredibly instructed, offering plenty of modifications- making it accessible for all levels. The studio is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a great, carefully curated selection of clothing and accessories. Their online challenges and classes are engaging and feature very high-quality, well-edited videos.

The Radiance girls are a balm to my soul, a lift to my spirit and they have brought light in these dark days.
I have been so impressed by so many of my friends who own small businesses, and especially those based in studios, during this truly challenging season. Radiance took the opportunity to create a LOT of video content! I look forward each day to taking to my mat most mornings with the new On Demand videos that the Radiance girls have professionally produced for us all to use, and at a bargain rate!! $25 a month!!

I absolutely LOVE Radiance Yoga. I’m new to yoga and tried several other studios before coming to Radiance, but none have compared. I started yoga to (hopefully) tackle some longstanding injuries and have felt challenged – both mentally and physically – with every class. The instructors are very encouraging, easy to follow, and are wonderful about recommending modifications to either increase or decrease the difficulty of the postures. I came in a skeptic, but Radiance changed everything!

Radiance yoga is by far my favorite studio in town. That atmosphere is peaceful, the classes are very balanced between strength, flexibility and mindfulness. The instructors respect where you are at in your journey. Love Radiance Yoga. I always leave feeling more ready to be present and able to navigate life.

I absolutely adore Radiance Yoga. I always felt having a yoga practice would be beneficial to me but for years I couldn't make a habit of it....until Radiance. I have made time to make this part of my lifestyle. The owners (Kishie and Susie) exude such an amazing energy and you can't help but feel lighter and happier when you leave. All of the yoga instructors there are amazing!!!
