A variety of classes and wonderful instructors. The studio is well stocked, clean and comfortable, and easy to get to. They currently offer a 30 days for $30, which is a great way to try out the smattering of classes. They have wall yoga, yoga 101, flow and more! Highly recommend to new or advanced yogis!

I looked a good while for a yoga class which wasn't advanced and which would let me ease into it since I needed to do something between horseback rides. Never in this life would I have imagined I'd actually enjoy yoga, but Sheila's Yoga Basics class has won me over. I recommend it to anyone, particularly those who've never tried yoga before and would like a slower start than some of the other studios. You can also work to your own level and with Sheila’s dynamic teaching you’ll amaze yourself at what you can do.
