Wagner Auctioneer Service did an outstanding job with the assistance of selling my mother-in-law's home and personal effects. Tracy was there every step of the way to guide us on how to prep items as well as the house for showings. We could contact her any day or time and she got back to us quickly with answers. We chose to do most of the work ourselves but could have been provided with helpers if we chose.

The Wagner family was fantastic. They helped me with a personal belongings sale at the home, and also with the sale of the house. They did a wonderful job, I can’t say enough about them. They sorted, cleaned, tagged, advertised and did everything to help me. The sale was very, very successful for the personal items and a month later they advertised, helped show and made arrangements for the sale of the house, which I was very happy with the end result. I would recommend this family to everyone. They go a step above. A great business. Very professional and very helpful.

The entire Wagner Family was a tremendous help to me in preparing my family's personal property and home for sale. They guided me through the entire process, step by step, and answered all of my questions and concerns.
