Bill Howze brings 37 years of experience to serving your auction marketing needs. He earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate (AARE) Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA), Certified Estate Specialist (CES) & Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designations while a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA).
Auctions create an accelerated, time defined marketplace for selling real, tangible and intangible property. Anything can be sold at auction; however, not every specific situation lends itself to the auction process. A variety of circumstances should be considered when evaluating your selling options.

Bill just recently closed our second auction and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Bill and his team are very easy to work with and accommodating.
He is very meticulous on how each lot is presented and takes the time to review each item to be sold. If he does not have any knowledge of an item, he will look the item up for a detailed description to get the most out of your auction. He is always available to discuss any questions a bidder may to prior to the auction and after the auction.
I would not hesitate to contract with Bill again.

I recently had Bill Howze of Renaissance Auction Group complete an estate auction that included personal property from multi-generations along with the sale of a car and the house itself. Bill put in a lot of time and effort cataloging and accurately describing property I had long since forgotten we had, for an online auction along with on sight previews. Bill has an exceptional auction service! He treats everyone and all the items with respect and gets the most for his clients since his clients come first! He is definitely the best person to work with. He is a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to do things right the first time. If he does not know about the item, he finds out to get the most out of your auction. If you are someone purchasing an item from his auctions and you have any questions, ask him, he will do his best to help give you the the best customer service possible! Met this auctioneer years ago, wonderful gentleman, helped me sell all the items I needed to when I was moving, so impressed with his vast knowledge of everything from coins to jewelry to household items. Recently contacted him again for my Aunt and Uncle and once again he went out of his way on very short notice to help this elderly couple. When it comes to trust and value Bill can't be beat. He gets you top dollar on things you didn't even know were worth it!

Renaissance Auction Group sold some assets for my cousins estate in November 2018 and boy was I happy with the results!
