Imagination Embroidery began as an offshoot of our renowned Uniform Manufacturing business. Initially we developed the simple goal of having high quality designs and names embroidered on our exclusive line of Spa uniforms. Applique is a technique in which pieces of fabric or pre-cut and stitched designs are sewn onto a foundation garment or piece of fabric to create designs and lettering. It is a wonderful way to add your favorite fabrics and patterns to your embroidery. Appliques are often used where you want large letters to stand out prominently, such as Greek lettering on jackets and sweatshirts.
Our commercial heat presses are ideally suited for fusing large Individual or Team names and numbers on athletic jerseys and other garments and hats. We use pre-cut numbers or letters made of a special vinyl material and apply them to t-shirts, jerseys, hats, and more using our industrial heat press machines.
If you have a standard design that you may use frequently some companies and organizations often choose to use patches. Patches can be affixed to almost any garment and most accessories. Imagination Embroidery manufactures superior patches in almost any size or shape imaginable. We use only the highest quality threads and backing and can produce patches that can be sewn, glued or heat pressed to the item.

This was the rudest experience I've ever come across. Emailed about embroidering a shirt, she said she could do it in time she would just have to have the shirt/design that day. I told her I could drop it off that day. I drove to the location to drop it off. Really rude lady. Called up with a simple monogram on a shirt pocket, telling me it was impossible to do... I have had over 60 shirts monogrammed on the pocket.. it is possible.. told me to take it back where I did it before. Wish they were there - beats working with rude people...

Unprofessional, and unable to recognize her mistakes, doesn't know anything about running the business, horrible customer service, don't know how to handle the business, funny part is left 2 jacket to do embroidery, unfortunately owner damaged both of them, they offered me 10% off next service, second time she didn't provide the service, left my jackets one week ago, will be ready on Monday, she don't even know monday is closed because of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, going on Tuesday she's telling me oh ya, we were closed on Monday will be ready today, after 7 hours calling me, oh ya my boss she

I went in to get a sample made. I had emailed back and forth with them, and was told that it would cost me $15 to get a sample made. “That seems like a fair price,” i thought to myself. I drop off my hoodie to get embroidered and then come to pick it up the next day. They ring me up, and while i’m getting ready to pay, they tell me the price is actually $25 plus tax because “there were more stitches than anticipated” I will not be returning here and I advise you to find a different place to get your embroidery done.

I personally have not used them BUT I have a friend that got his truck seats refurbished here looked amazing I had puctures of the work done but before i could upload the pictures my phone was lost from my control never to be seen again, and a few weeks after getting the seats back in someone in the middle of the night stole and wrecked his truck. I was told that the price, service, and turnover was top notche.

Awful experience! We were quoted a certain amount by an employee, then when we picked up the item the "owner" said the price was double the amount we were quoted. When we addressed the issue, the "owner" spoke to the employee who VALIDATED the amount we were quoted.... However, the "owner" then laughed it off and STILL charged us double the quote. We will not be using them again and highly suggest others to do the same.

Our company has been using Imagination Embroidery for 15 years! Noi and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. She embroiders our company baseball style caps and shirts. We reorder logo shirts once per year and Noi always has some suggestions and recommendations to keep our employee shirts fun and functional. Everything turns out crisp and clear. Turn around time is usually a few days to a week. They always call if there is a question, issue with the order and when it is ready for pickup.I would definitely recommend Imagination Embroidery.
