Dr. DeTure's training was in Evidence Based Periodontics, including regenerative, pocket reduction, antimicrobial, and implant therapy. I had a terrible experience at this office. I went in for a consultation on the referral of my orthodontist whom I highly respected. The doctor I saw was courteous to me but the front desk lady made the experience something that still bothers me even months later. The lady at the front desk "lost" my drivers license because I was unable to pay the consultation fee onsite. Once I requested to be billed and informed her that no one told me about a fee, her demeanor toward me changed and she went from polite and courteous to hostile and dismissive in an instant. While the whole staff of North Broward Center for Laser Periodontics & Implants was wonderful, Dr. Nick DeTure was especially fantastic. Not only did he take very good care of my husband and provide impeccable service, he sent a follow up card the next day checking on him. That kind of care and customer service is virtually unheard of. I can not say enough about the excellent service and support we received from Dr. DeTure and the staff.
